The food at this location is exactly as I would expect from a Ruby Tuesday. Ok, but nothing special. What is special about this restaurant was their willingness to go above and beyond in service. My daughter left her stuffed animal there on our vacation. When I finally tracked it down, two days later, they overnight shipped the toy to me immediately and with no extra charge. I was amazed at the friendliness and concern shown by the staff about a simple toy that meant the world to my daughter. I would eat there on our next trip based entirely on this experience.

I don’t know why this location doesn’t have better reviews. I had eaten here last Thursday night & in the past twice. The service was friendly & attentive. The appetizers came out quickly & were good. The spring rolls were awesome, the wings were pretty good, the chicken tenders were, well, tender. Sadly the cheese sticks tasted like they were fried just long enough to be slightly warmer than thawed. The Asian sauce was the best of all that came with this platter. I ended up dipping everything in that. For the entrée I got a glazed salmon with grilled zucchini & rice pilaf. The meal came out on a plate so large nothing was touching the other. The rice was sooo very over done it looked like orzo. The salmon & zucchini were perfect. I love that zucchini. The negative is they had a drink special that I wasn’t allowed to get unless I sat at the bar. $ 2 beers vs $ 5.25.

This being a chain, the menu is pretty much what you’d expect. Overall, the experience was so-so. Not bad, but not spectacular. I hate to admit it, but I might just be a little biased towards Chili’s! Still, the fries were very good, with a lot of seasoning. My bourbon chicken was fine, but not particularly unique. While my family was a little disappointed with their burgers, they were thrilled with the salad bar, which pretty much saved the day. If you’re looking for food with a good salad bar, this is your place. If you want exceptional food or something really unique, try somewhere else. PS: The service was decent, no complaints there.

I hate reviewing a chain like this, but as a traveler, I feel the need to warn folks to bad locations in an otherwise good chain A $ 10+ burger comes with certain expectations. My burger ordered medium arrived medium rare. The bun was cold and the top bun was sliding around on a thick layer of mayo(I wound up eating it with a knife and fork). Patty was well over salted. Salad on salad bar wasn’t up to snuff. Strawberries in the dessert were still frozen Terribly disappointing experience: $ 21+ without a soda.

Best grill in Dublin. Service is fast and friendly. Kitchen turns the dishes out very timely, and well prepared. The Chicken Fresco is wonderful. Recommended for a wonderful meal in a casual environment. with hip tunes filling the restaurant.

My review is not based so much on the service as it is the food. Service was great. Very friendly and we were seated promptly. Our drinks were yummy, I just hate how they’re always watered down if you don’t suck it down immediately. Now, onto the food. I ordered the buffalo chicken minis($ 9.99), which comes with fries and the salad bar. My hubby got the ribs and chicken tenders($ 17.99)which only comes with fries. The salad bar was delicious as always and I’m starting to think that is the only reason I’ll return to Ruby Tuesday. The fries were cold and the minis were okay(you get two and you can finish them in about 2 – 3 bites). The ribs were tender and while they were tender, you only get 6 and then 3 chicken tenders. I figured for almost $ 20 you’d be getting a little more. Our ended up being $ 54 for two drinks and two entrees. Once again, the service was wonderful, but food-wise, I don’t feel as though I got my bang for my buck. Sorry.

Arrived here on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend at 1:30pm while traveling. We were greeted within 5 minutes and gave our entire order: 2 burgers and a soup salad bar combo. My wife went and fixed her salad; not stocked, cucumbers frozen to her plate. It was obvious that they were severely understaffed for the circumstances of the day part: counted four dirty tables sitting in excess of 30 minutes. There also was an attitude of apathy by the staff: hostess not really engaged with the opportunities of the restaurant, server at host stand texting and then exiting the building for 5 – 10 minutes before returning. At 2:15, we left before our burgers came. I left $ 15 in the table to pay for our 3 beverages and my wife’s salad. Employees saw us leave, but no one tried to intercept us. Been 4 years since I had eaten at a Ruby Tuesdays; it will be far longer than that before I return to one. Pity: all that prime time advertising that they never used to need may get an initial visit, but they’ll never recoup the cost with a second visit giving service like this.

I usually enjoy eating at a Ruby Tuesday but this time I didn’t. I was out of town and expected better of this chain. I ordered the lobster carbonara which consists of «Chunks of tender lobster are blended with a rich Parmesan cream sauce and tossed with spring peas, chopped bacon, and served over tender linguini pasta.» The small pieces of lobster were hard to find and the portion was very small. It was quite dry, like it had been microwaved.
