Worst place ever!!! I was asked to pay extra after getting into the facial seat. I dont recommend to take services at this place. Horrible lady… pushing too much to add additional services. She was not moving further with my facial treatment until i get other recommended services. I would give this place 0 star rating

I came to Spa Bella for a facial and saw Estella and walked away feeling like a new woman! Their products are top of the line and the service was fantastic. I would highly recommend Spa Bella and be sure to ask for Estella for any facial needs!

I am not understanding all the negative reviews I am reading! I have gotten the best swedish massages and body scrubs from this place at an incredibly reasonable price. Dana(or is it Donna) has just the most magical hands. This is my best kept secret for my supple and pretty skin!

For the last 4 hours my mind has been going back and forth between one and three stars for this place. I was told I needed to arrive 20 minutes early for my appointment. Actually scheduling the appointment was quite difficult because the person did not understand English and thought I was scheduling an appointment for 2 people. They demanded my Groupon number right then and there which wasn’t really an issue it was how it came across as if they thought I was trying to pull a fast one on them. So I arrive 20 minutes early and had to walk through the entire hotel because I went through the front door of the hotel and not around to the side entrance. My appointment was at 10 o’clock at 10:02 there still was nobody there and the office was locked. I called twice and no one answered I called the front desk and they told me that they are third party entity but they tried to get ahold of them anyway. Nicole the owner called at 10:15 and said that she was there and would open the door right now but right now was really five minutes later. She blamed it on the traffic. She did apologize which I appreciated. I had a 90 minute facial and a 90 minute massage. All and all I did spend three and a half hours on one table. The facial from Nicole was okay she did talk a lot but did not tell me what she was doing I had to ask her and it was hard to understand but she had to say. The worst thing was that she kept leaving the room for very long periods of time and didn’t tell me if she was going to do this. And then I had a massage from Mimi. She was very sweet and gave a very gentle massage. She kept apologizing about how cold the room was and kept trying to fix the heater but it never really worked. I am not really a shy person but there were several occasions where my body was fully exposed and every time I rolled over there was no attempt for modesty. This seems like a small complaint but it really did make a huge impact because I was there to relax but the music started off great. It started off with beach and ocean sounds with little birds but then went into an orchestra and then went to songs with highenergy then went to corny songs that sounded like they were from Mary Poppins and then went to Victorian waltzes and then to Enya and then one song actually sounded like I was on a merry-go-round and was at a carnival. The music was so disruptive and went from Lite too loud and was very difficult to concentrate. Nicole said that she would give me extra time sense she was late but it seems like I spent more time waiting for people to come into the room and do something then anytime she made up for being late. I think she knew that because she said that she was going to give me some free products 4 my inconvenience. So we get to the product shelf and she starts pointing out stuff and then takes a bunch of stuff to the cash register and rings me up full price. I feel bad because I really over tipped them because I saw the gratuity and demand everywhere so I knew up front that gratuity was expected plus she put a tip envelope on top of my folded clothes during the massage. I walked away paying $ 45 for product that I never even wanted and she tried to get me in to a package for $ 500 I would have rather spent the $ 45 towards another massage but now that I feel like I was pressured into purchasing at I will not go back.

I went on my birthday to get the 50% off on my birthday the lady inside told me they were about closing so I couldn’t use the offer or get a regular massage when in fact their hours are Mon-Fri until 5:30 pm, she rudely closed the door around 4:40ish pm then said«sorry we’re closed, and we cannot honor this offer because we also close early on holidays» these people should specify details about their offer on Unilocal before placing it.

Came in for a spa package I bought. I don’t know how I feel about 1 receptionist doing everything. From checking me in to doing my facial, etc. I guess for the price I payed I can’t complain. I didn’t like the location, it was hard finding it, and I absolutely hate going to a SPA that I want to relax at and then end up feeling pressured to buy some crème they used on my face…

My experience with Spa Bella was unsatisfactory! I have had many many massages through the years and have always tipped generously. But the lady DEMANDED for a tip! A tip is given to display generosity and is not required. The front counter lady who seemed rather cold and unfriendly was also my masseuse. She wore heels during the massage. How can I relax when all I heard where sounds of heels on a hard wood floor? I would assume she wasn’t even licensed based on her techniques. Anyone could have given me a massage the way she did. And once I turned over she didn’t even massage my upper chest/shoulder area. On top of all this the hour massage ended after 48 minutes! I paid for the 60 minutes but didn’t get my full time. I would never recommend this place! I don’t even know the lady’s name she never introduced herself but was real quick to direct me to tip her!

First, i’d like the thank the previous Unilocaler who gave the awesome tip of where the entrance was! This saved me who-knows-how-much time! Next, i’d like to define the term«Gratuity». By definition, gratuity means a gift of money over and above payment due for service given without claim or demand. WITHOUTCLAIMORDEMAND. I purchased a Living Social deal for a massage here. My back was having some mild aches and I knew i couldn’t book the massage therapist i typically see on such short notice. Of course i read the Unilocal reviews after the fact, but i still thought i’d give it a chance. I arrived on time and there was no one at the front counter. Luckily the lady came in just a few minutes later. She tried to sell me a facial(again, as i had already declined 2 times previously on the phone). I picked out my essential oil, filled out the form, turned my phone to silent and was shown to the room. The massage itself was satisfactory. The room was cold, and there was only a single sheet to cover me. The masseuse was a nice lady, but wore heels! The sound of her walking around me every time she crossed the room was distracting. I could also hear the tick-tick-ticking of a clock in the room. all of this over the music that was playing(which was actually quite lovely). It was not quite an hour long, more like 50 minutes. Once i was dressed, there was a small cup of water on the counter for me. She gave me a receipt, and out of the kindness of my heart, i handed the lady some cash as a tip for the masseuse(since she was no where to be seen). The lady then proceeded to point to a sign showing how much gratuity is expected based on the full price. I pulled out my calculator, and said given the price i paid, the amount i gave her was approximately 15%, but she continued to push me saying that the deal stated that full gratuity was expected. W-t-f? A tip is not required! It is an extra something that nice people to do show appreciation. If a tip was required, it should have been included in the full cost, deal or not. Since i didn’t have any additional cash on me(luckily!) i said i was sorry but that was all i had. A tip should never be DEMANDED. I’m giving 2 stars because i’m generous and next time, i’ll remember to read the reviews of a place before purchasing a deal.

Someone from the salon contacted me about the Unilocal review. She wanted me to get rid of my Unilocal review because I did get the refund from groupon. I am shocked that after writing a review on Unilocal,I was contacted by the same rude lady at the spa to delete my review. She even read my personal information from the chart I filled out mentioning what I do for a living. I have never experienced something like this in my life. The lady at the salon called me a liar and said that my review was a made up story. So if this is made up, how were you able to find me and call me. Hmmmm.

I think for the spas in the area, they are alright. I’ve been here more than 3 times because I was desperate for a quick massage. the owner is very nice and they are always accommodating, but the service should step a bit. I noticed the last time I got a massage, the lady who massaged me(1hr) massaged my neck area, then proceeded to massage my head which was great. Well then she started massaging my face. I was somewhat alarmed because she had oil on her hands and I am borderline OCD with certain things. I didn’t react because I didn’t want to disturb her rhythm, but this certainly made me hesitant to come back again. One thing to keep in mind also is if you want specific pressure during your massage, you may want to say that ahead of time, ie: Hard, Moderate, Stressed, etc. I couldn’t depend on the person massaging to do an outstanding job during my massage unfortunately. I like the owner and her people, but if they want to keep business going, I would highly recommend a reevaluation by management and how they want to step it up a notch. Pricing is never an issue, it’s the service. On a positive note: This is probably the best massage you’ll get for your buck and on a whim.

4 stars for massage. 2 for venue, 2 for facial. Outside area is not inviting. Had to give sign in info and address when I called and again at checkin. Arrived on time and they started us 20 mins late. My 60 min massage was only 50 and facial was also 10 mins short. Facial was not relaxing. Very rough. Massage was nice but got interrupted twice with facial lady. Not terrible. Not great.
