Worst service. Ordered on phone. Waited for 15 minutes as the barista ignored me. Asked couple times if my drink was ready. It was cold and sitting there in the back hiding behind some things. No apologies no offer to make it right no explanation. Very bad attitude by the employees here. Over worked and stressed and very rude. Do not go here.

Super amazing Starbucks. I love coming here and they are getting bigger and better. Even when they are busy they are nice to everybody. I love coming here and the atmosphere is really nice. So much attention to detail that makes it so much better. I order complicated drinks and as mentioned before they will remake the drink if it is wrong. They have pride in their drink. I love it here. I think that they should continue what they are doing and keep it up. They were good last time, they are amazing now. They know what I like and they suggest new products. Customer service is AMAZING. The people here should train all the other Starbucks in the area that are not good. So GOOD!

This Starbucks has a nice layout. It’s very large therefore more spacious for individuals who want to study (when it’s rarely quiet) or relax alone or with friends. It’s constantly busy. There’s always an interview of some sort or loud chatter. The staff is friendly and they move quickly which is nice when you’re in a hurry.

Poor service from the barista and the manager. They didn’t tell us when the coffe was ready and forgot to make the breakfast sandwich we ordered. I realize mistakes happen but there was no attempt at an apology and the manager laughed at our irritation. Thanks Starbucks employees. Nice job.

Average Starbucks. I’ve never had a problem with service or cleanliness. I love coming here in the afternoons to do homework. The only downside about this location is the miniature shared lot that is very limited in space. They make a good soy flat white.

To the manager of this Starbuck’s, please watch this video below. Your employees can use some of this techniques; an autism guy who is cheerful, kind, polite & who knows how to smile at his customers. Your employees here are grumpy, grouchy, does not greet & mostly never smiles at their customers! Thank you

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks location for almost 20 years now and though the décor, staff, drink choices and drink prices have changed so much over time, I’ll always think of it as the coffee shop where I’d do my math homework and play chess with my Dad on week nights. This still is probably one of the largest shops I’ve come across and people still come here doing the same thing both night and day. It’s without a doubt vintage Dublin in my mind.

I call some baristas here «coffee whisperers». They either mumble or whisper your order when it’s ready. I thought it was just me until I heard others complain they couldn’t hear the baristas, even when there isn’t a large crowd in the store. I’ve seen this at other Starbucks too. Not so much at other establishments.
Some sort of passive aggressive thing going on? Or maybe they’re saving their voices for a gig later on.
Otherwise, standard Starbucks. Parking can be challenging.

Oh no, I enjoy Starbucks, but cashier at this establishment today, was regretfully very rude, giving me bad looks, not confirming if she got my order and forgot to order my café latte :-(maybe she is not having a good day, but don’t take it up on customers.

Great service, great drinks. Everyone is pretty helpful here. The only gripe I have about this location is the parking… that tiny lot cant handle the traffic this place gets. Otherwise, great starbucks!

This Starbucks has some great Employees. Michael and Ashlei are fantastic at the register. Joey might be the quickest I have seen on preparing and multitasking all the drink orders.
In a time where I see the younger generation (I’m 48) not using good communication and giving good service… well these people are fantastic.
Side note this place is special. My wife and I had our 1st date here 14 years ago.

Good place to sit down and get work done, but the parking is just horrendous. For a place set on a street corner, there are only a handful — like, 15 — parking spots available. Parking is the greatest inconvenience here.
Otherwise, bigger Starbucks location compared to others and plenty of spaces to sit, chat, study, etc.

I do not like this Starbucks there is always a long line and they don’t get your orders done fast. And today the barista gave me my drink covered in liquid because it spilt, and she handed me it and wiped off the top with their dirty rag. The rag was suppose to be white but it was almost black from filth. I was shocked, I am a bit of a germaphobe and this was nasty. It was the rag they clean the tables with. So I went to the stand where are all the straws and stuff are and they were out of napkins so I asked for one. She said they will be out in a minute another employee is getting it. Well I didn’t have time to wait so I just left. It was so gross.

Starbucks is so reassuringly consistent. Some are cleaner than others but the product is generally exactly the same.

I don’t drink Starbucks coffee often. I’m not opposed to the company but I gave up caffeine on the advice of my doctor at my latest annual physical a few months ago. She gave me lots of advice that I haven’t taken, yet … but no coffee or soda seemed the easiest to follow.
I got my last coffee drink here 4 months, 12 days and 8 hours ago, give or take a few hours. I got a grande, iced caffe mocha. Believe me, I savored that drink to the last drop.
Typical Starbucks but parking in the lot is always difficult. Staff are generally efficient and friendly.

This location has lots of space and seating. This Starbucks would be perfect for a study session or to catch up on your reading. Not to mention that it is right across the street from a Half Priced bookstore. Or if you decide to venture to the shelves that grace one wall of this Starbucks where you will find used books.
So go ahead, take your pick and be swept away but a new favorite novel as you sip your coffee.
