Fast. Efficient. Courteous. Iced coffee is awesome. The only complaint is the refill policy, or lack thereof.

The best coffee in the world. I work in stoneridge Mall and it’s great to know that you can have really great coffee and healthy breakfast without waiting in line for grade c coffe in Starbucks it’s so good that I buy the coffee beans for my espresso machine at home only from Norstrom.

Maybe I came on an off day but I didn’t think my honey almond latte was anything grand. My son got the Mexican chocolate and it was really bitter.
Super friendly folks… so I’d come back and maybe try something different.

First of all I’ve been a starbucks person for years. When my girlfriend got hired at ebar I tried their caramel ice storm with a shot of espresso and it changes everything! I swear ebar’s ice storms (frappes) have a better taste than starbucks and Pitts. Hands down! Love this place!

Morgan is awesome I love coming here and finding him he is sooo sweet always so nice and professional I just love the service here I was having a bad morning and being greeted nicely made it that much better

This is the best spot in the mall for coffee hands down. Avoid the long lines at Starbucks and enjoy the calm and serene coffee shop inside Nordstroms. Although there aren’t many tables and chairs in the shop, right out side (in the mall) there are plenty of seating. Their iced lattes are really good and are way better than Starbucks. The customer service is outstanding as well.

Great service and selection of drinks (though they are on the pricier side). When you order drinks here, unless you specify which size you want, they automatically reach for the medium, so keep an eye out for that. They make a mean hot chocolate, and I am particular fond of their sparkling hibiscus cooler this summer. On top of the drinks, they sell desserts and pastries, and will have a changing selection of coffee drippers, teas, and beans available for sale, along with mugs, cups, or traveling tumblers. This is a great place to stop by before/​during/​after shopping in the mall for a refresher (and shorter lines than Starbucks!).

I’ve been going to Starbucks for years, but if I had a choice I would pick Nordstrom any day. I love the Ebar. All drinks and food is so good. Staff are friendly too.

I usually get an iced caramel mocha here when i shop. Sometimes a Gluten free cookie as well. Drinks are Always made exactly how i like it. Staff is always friendly.

So I just ordered a vanilla latte, and i have to say it was better than any i’ve had at Starbucks. The milk was perfect, thick and smooth, and perfect vanilla flavor. Made my trip to Nordstrom more tolerable on a Saturday morning into the shoe department, and alas, maybe had a hand in me spending more money =/

I come here a LOT! Sure it is a bit pricey, but you’re at the Stoneridge Mall, live with it. The staff is SO COOL. They’re authentically friendly and very professional. I’ve heard Nordstrom’s treats their employees very well and based on the overall persona of the staff, it shows. They seem very happy and they do their bast to pass it on to their customers.
Their drinks are also very good. I always get the spiced chai tea with soy milk and they make it PERFECT. Every. Single. Time. Nommers. There was one time in particular where I wanted my chai, but also needed a pick-​me-​up, badly. I asked for a vanilla chai instead of my usual spiced so that I can get an espresso shot and not have it be too bitter. After a few packets of sugar, it no longer tasted like a chai tea latte, but more like a regular coffee, slightly sweetened. Pretty gosh-​danged good, which surprised me.
As long as I keep working in the mall, I will keep coming here. Hell, maybe I’ll be a customer for life! By the way, the remodeled e-​bar is a lot more functional than the old one. It has much more of a cozy coffee house feel to it.

My sister and I came here on a whim since starbucks was a bit far and we were already shopping in Nordstrom so what the hay!
I got the Honey Almond Latte which had a little too much almond flavoring so I kindly asked them if it was okay if I had it iced instead. They were very nice and made me a new drink for me with less almond flavoring. The drink was very tasty, it was a like a coffee version of almond milk tea for all my boba lovers out there. Their tall drink was big as starbucks grande so it definitely filled me up. I was so bloated afterwards that I couldn’t enjoy my dinner.
My sister had the Caramel Machiatto. She said it was a bit to strong, so she had to add extra cream and sugar on her own.
Overall, not the best java out there, but it was nice to try something new. I saw a lot of people getting the passion fruit iced tea, so maybe I’ll give that a try the next time I come.

Had a scone here today, sorry to say it was awful. Spongy, bland… so bad I tossed it after a few bites. Couldn’t detect any cream or butter, a true scone should have at least one of those! Asked the guy where they got them and he said some company in SF, the name of which sounded like a big mass-​producer type place… which is exactly how it tasted. Sorry Nordies… love your store, but you need to «artisan-​ize» your baked goods!
