I wish I could not give a star at all!!! Absolute worst customer service ever! Took me over 20 minutes for anyone to acknowledge I was even there. The store was so busy the employees had no idea what was even going on. One employee who was supposed to be the manager rang up my shoes handed my card back and ignored me while I stood in front of her waiting for my receipt and my pair of shoes she was so quick to charge me for. After finally remembering I was standing right in front of her and realizing her printer was out of paper for my receipt. She than refilled the printer paper and still did not give me my receipt or shoes I had to ask for the shoes she was so quick once again to try and charge me for. I got home the shoes did not fit. So yes i did wear them to try them on. When I went to return them they called me a liar stating I did wear the shoes and did nothing to offer me an exchange or my money back especially because I had no receipt. Horrible customer service. I believe someone needs to put this store under new management. It was the worse service I have had at any store or even food business in my life. Not to mention the lady standing in front of me had placed an order for her daughter to have shoes for Christmas. The store failed to order them and the customer just asked for her money back. They only offered store credit!!! What a nightmare!

I have to say that the employees have always been nice to me. Greeting me and asking if I need any help, if I am looking for anything special. I went in a few weeks ago on a mission. I needed shoes for my son who just started walking. I needed shoes that were not going to fall off his little feet. The salesperson was awesome. I should have ask his name but all I know is that he was fantastic. We went through about six pairs of shoes before we got it right. I walked out and so did my son! With shoes on! Thank you!

If only Unilocal gave negative stars!!! I received an email that my raffle ticket got picked for the Jordan Taxis, after I called customer service since they didn’t state in the email which store I would retrieve my pair. I called the store provided right away to verify what time the actual pick up for the raffle will be, a girl name Paige over the phone said before 2PM. I repeated what she said, «before 2 right?». She said yes. Drove from San Francisco, arrived at 1:20PM at the store. My boyfriend informed the girl at the counter that we’re here to pick up the Jordans and she said it’s too late since we should’ve came before 1PM! With her rude attitude I was not pleased at all, what the fuck ever happened to customer service. I expressed to her that I called the store yesterday and a girl confirmed that the pick up was before 2PM!!! She continued her transaction, and ignored me while I was standing there. She said, «What was it again?». Ohhhhh I told her what is it again, excuse me miss are you high or something!!! I repeated myself about the raffle and«supposed» timeframe for pick up. I realized what else was there to even say, I asked for the rude girl her name and she said, «Paige». I walked away from the counter, threw my latte at that fucking store! I’ve never reacted like this before and I don’t regret doing it since this was the most horrible experience I ever had from a retail store. I filed a complaint to corporate to the store and to that employee. I am expecting a phone call back! I’ve worked in retail, sales management and marketing for years… this was unacceptable!

I really like the variety of shoes and choices they have here! BUT, yes there is a BUT! I was really upset when this specific store didn’t have my size, and they ordered it for me, but the wrong size kept coming in, that I finally just picked another size! There is obviously a communication glitch somewhere!

okay this was a store you would want to stay away from but now it is under new management and now it is a great store. jay is the new manager and is friendly and really making a change at this store. he is direct with his word and honest. he is doing everything he can turn this store around and i believe him. after refusing to even step in this store due to horrible change in management i got in contact with jay and he told me he is out to make things right and fix the stores bad rep so i gave him the opportunity and he did deliver and i see good things coming from this store. if you want to go to this shiekh make sure you talk to jay because he is a professional and will do what he can to keep the customer happy

Soooo on a gloomy, UGLY, rainy Monday, my boyfriend didn’t have work(YAY for Military holidays!) =) and so he decided to take me shopping to put a smile on my face. Needed new boots, so we decided to stop by Shiekh’s(since they ALWAYS have a large selection of boots, regardless of their cheap overpriced products). The sales person who helped me was pushy and it was very noticable that he was just trying to ring me up. Every time I picked up a boot to look at it, he was on me like a hungry lion. Didn’t even smile, didn’t even try to make small talk, just asked what size he can get me. I was going to get the buy 1 get one half off, but decided I wanted to leave. I liked the boots I got, so purchased those, and he didn’t even smile at my boyfriend and I. Typical Shiekh employees. Thrive on making commission FIRST before giving ATLEAST good customer service.

OK. I really love their shoes. Their boots are amazing and when I went there, they were doing buy one get one free sale and I could get fur boots for only 20 dollars! But I have to tell you, there is one guy who works there who was not very friendly or helpful. I have to keep bugging him to bring the shoes and he was not helpful at all, and he did not even tell me that they were doing sale, until I started to talk to the female worker who was a little more helpful and help me with my purchase. I would recommend whoever owns this shop to hire new sales person who is friendly and hard working since they have cute and great shoes.

I’ve noticed that the people in here like to focus on talking to each other and not help the customer. they do have cute shoes, but never much of a selection or a wide variety of sizes

The associates here are always rude and unattentive. their shoes are really cute though and while they’re affordable they aren’t always comfortable. If you’re looking for something sexy to go with your dress, then drop by and take a look. Don’t come expecting great customer service though!

I have a terrible Napolean complex and an oversized vanity gland. So, I shop for my ridiculously high and slutty shoes here. This store has shoes that are borderline stripper/transvestite appropriate. There are also boots, sneakers, flats, name brand shoes for boys/men, and a limited range of shoes for kids. I have several pairs of shoes from Shiekh that are some of the most comfortable heels I’ve owned. They fit well, and usually stand up to a lot of wear. They are not too expensive, ranging from around $ 30 and up. Sales are usually REALLY good.(2 pairs for $ 15!!! I’M THERE!!) Sizes can be limited, and the staff ranges from in-your-face to can’t-be-found.
