So I typically buy most of my shoes online. These stores are convenient, but you can find the SAME exact shoe for MUCH cheaper. I guess they have to make a profit too. I was looking for some sandals, and they were having a buy one get one free sale. Great! 2 pairs of sandals $ 30 bucks. Now usually if you try to return shoes that you buy on these offers, you get only half of what you paid as a credit towards a new purchase. Also, let me clarify both shoes were $ 30 each, if I had paid for them full price no promotion. Here was my dilemma. One of the shoes I bought were of VERY poor quality. The buckle would not keep the shoe strap on. Spoke to the store manager, and he was friendly and said no problem, bring the shoe in, we’ll order you a new one. So they ordered it and told me it would be about 7 days and they would call me when the shoe had arrived. 1. I never got a phone call so I had to follow up constantly. 2. When the shoe did arrive, I had the SAME issue. Did they even order a new pair? Who knows. Again, I call the store manager and explain the situation and again he says, ok come in and you can get a different style shoe that is under the same value. I say great. He states if I have any issues, to have the store clerk call him. Still feeling content, even if this is a month later in the process, I go into the store and try on shoes. I find two great pair of shoes, which by the way were more expensive than the shoes that I originally bought and was prepared to pay the difference. The girl rings me up, and instead of giving me $ 30, she only gives me $ 15. The«manager on shift» explains to me he cannot give me $ 30, even if that is what I paid, b/c of the buy one get one offer. I explain to him I wouldn’t be returning the shoe had it been of better quality to begin with.(Side note: yes yes I know I could just go shell out the money for a better quality shoe. However, for going out, this place has good shoes I know I can toss in 6 months). I also explained that I spoke with the store manager and he stated if I had any issues to call him and that I could get a shoe up to $ 30 value. The«acting manager» refused to call him because it was his day off and he would not bother him. I told him then I’m not taking the shoes and would never buy from them again. I would rather lose out on the $ 15 bucks than give them any more money. All talk, no results.

I hate this store! if you have tiny asian feet then you should go here because this store doesnt carry anything in my size.(9 – 10). i was looking for cute simple brown sandals and they had NOTHING in my size. they didnt even have the ugly shoes in my size. so go here expecting to leave here without your size. go to the sheikh in the newpark mall instead. much better selection. nicer service and more space to sit down.
