Tore or pulled my hamstring (verdict is still out) and had to go here because I did it at work: P They have done a great job so far and love their physical therapist.
Dr. Santos is a hoot and its good to see a Doctor with a great sense of humor who isn’t afraid to connect with his patients.

The nurse who works here is the rudest of all healthcare professionals I’ve ever encountered. First of all, I brought my son here for a full body rash caused by an allergic reaction. He’s 2. She was trying to take his vitals and like any 2 yr. old, he was scared and crying. Partly because she was rude, and he didn’t like her, and partly because she was grabbing his hand aggressively. Then she asked «why is he crying NOW?»
Fast forward two months. I come here for a broken bone. Again she is rude and this time, gives me no instructions on care, and releases me without giving me my post-​appointment care instructions. This woman has go to go.

came to do a drug test for preemployment. got there around noon and there was only a few people ahead of me. waited about 40 minutes. then when they called my name i went and peed in a cup. no problems. the lady was nice. everything worked out. didnt find any drugs in the pee. woohoo.

This review is for the Dublin location. The girl that works the front desk is one of the rudest I’ve ever encountered. Total B. Phone calls do not get returned. Thank GOD I don’t have to go there often. Worst service EVER!

Rude, unwelcoming, disgusted by my questions, and untrustworthy, I filled out the forms for an employment drug and physical screening. They wanted my social security number, and an enormous amount of personal health information, with no answers as to why they need it. Definitely had more employees than people working there. Needless to say, I never made it past the front desk as they seemed very untrustworthy with my personal info.

Slowest service I’ve seen in my life. My appointment started 30 minutes after the scheduled time, and I was stuck in the exam room waiting 20+ minutes to see a doctor. Reception was rude and unwelcoming. I had to come here for work, but I never would return if I had a choice.

Worst care ever… if you can even call it care.
1 star= Horrible staff
1 star= Jagger Robert Loui MD — WORST doctor I have seen
1 star= Level of patient care
1 star= Appointment wait time
Stay away from this place if at all possible. They have the worst care and the worst doctor. My appointment lasted only 5 minutes, even though I waited for over 20 minutes to be seen.
It is very obvious that this doctor prefers to see his pilot patients rather than injured patients.
BEWARE!
