Wow — this is definitely the best Verizon store I have ever been to. Cristian helped me initially getting my new phone all set up. He was knowledgeable, informative, and friendly. Towards the end of switching over my phone to my new one we realized we couldn’t clear my old phone because of Apple ID problems(which was my fault for not handling sooner). Solutions Manager, Rick Ferreira, came over to help out. Both men were on the phone with Apple Support trying to figure it out so I could walk out with my new phone. They went WAY above and beyond to help me out considering the Apple ID thing was my issue. Best Verizon experience I have ever had. Also, it was Mother’s Day so the store was empty. Score. Lol.

This location just lost 2 loyal customers tonight. My lady and I went in this evening for two exchanges. One weeks ago, We purchased two iPhone 6s Plus, with the $ 50 – 80 phone cases, the $ 30 screen protectors and the insurance. We paid for the works. We purchased the phones from Mala. Mala is cool. We have no issue with her. So we went in this evening at 7. Spoke with one of the sales associates, this tall Korean man Michael. Michael came off rude. I showed him my screen cover and explained how I only had it for a week and it cracked already. I had my receipt. He said I have to contact the company to get a replacement and then he rudely said«I’ll sale you another one». I passed on the offer. Next up was my lady. My lady explained to Michael when they put on her screen protector and Kate spade phone cover, it wasn’t placed on correctly. Somehow it cracked in the corner. She never dropped it. We actually spent $ 80 on that case. Michael went in the back and spoke with the manager. Michael came back and said they would replace it this one time. Oh wow thanks Michael. After we spend $ 2,000 with you guys last week you’re going to replace the $ 80 case? Oh thanks what a swell guy. Really you guys messed up. You should have replaced my screen protector and my lady’s phone case with a smile and no back handed comment about«only doing it this one time». Now when the next iPhone comes out in September do you think we’ll be returning to this store to upgrade? I think not. We will not be returning to this store.

There was someone to greetus immediately upon entering the store. Mala provided really friendly and knowledgeable service. She wasn’t pushy on sales but did go over all our options. The place is clean and they have an area to sit while you wait and learn about your new services and/or products. There was another salesperson I can hear helping an older lady patiently go over all her new toys and that made us smile. Everyone in the place seemed friendly and helpful.

It’s always a nightmare when your cell phone goes Haywire. But found a new Verizon store in Dublin, CA called Persimmon Place on Dublin Boulevard. The Specialist there are really good and helpful. I especially found Yessenia Huerta to be extremely helpful. She was very patient and was able to solve my families problems with our cell phones. Yessenia was very knowledgeable and professional. I was exceedingly pleased and grateful!

Prior today, I always had a bad experience in Verizon stores especially in San Mateo(worse service store around). However, today I worked with s Solutions Specialist named Enrique Mayers, and he was LEGIT. Great service, knows his stuff, and very informative. This location is also very upgraded… worth checking out.

Stopped into this new store in Persimmon Place in Dublin. Great store… Spoke with Miguel who went through all the specs and helped me to make choice between iPhone 6 or 6S. Suggested checking back toward Holidays to see if there were any promotions. As holidays approached sent him a text letting him know I was going to come back in to take advantage of the current promo to double the memory. Walked in and Miguel immediately helped me. They didn’t have the size/color in stock so he ordered it and got me out the door in less than 15 minutes with an even better deal than I anticipated. Such a great deal I came back with my son 30 minutes later and Miguel upgraded him I less than 15 minutes. It helped that I had done the research with Miguel weeks before. He was awesome. Great customer service and absolutely knows his business. I will bring ALL my Verizon business to Miguel from this point on. This is a great location, not yet overly crowded like the mall locations… Outstanding! Thanks Miguel…

This is the best Verizon location in the area. The Pleasanton location is terrible. The representative had confident and correct answers. The options for changing my family’s plan, with one line still having unlimited data, was very easy. It seems the pooled the best employees at this location. There also seems to be more people working which makes the wait shorter.

Wow, refreshingly wonderful customer service. Not only did they do their job well. I had a cracked phone and the lady helping us, on her own initiative called up her boyfriend who works at Apple and got us an estimate using photographs of my phone screen. Will be my go to place for all things Verizon.

Rick Ferreira is so knowledgable in the business arena he gets transferred then we have to hunt him down. Right now he is at this newer store in Dublin, CA near the new Whole Foods Market. He saves us a ton on the multi use of cell phones in our business. The old company we had didn’t bother to provide service, or help with cutting expenses. Great job Rick! The Ellco Gang

Yesterday my Dad and I had a great experience with the staff at this new Verizon store in Dublin. Caleb was the best!!! He was extremely patient with both of us. He made sure my Dad understood his new phone before we left… and even helped with a few bugs on my phone. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and all seemed to be happy working together.

It took me awhile to find this new location. Actually, I was desperately trying to find Rick — the manager helped to set up new phones and introduced suitable phone plan for my family in different locations for the past few years. He was so knowledgeable and extremely patient to provide assistance. He sets a superior standard of personalize customer service. The staff there was so friendly and anxious to help. Anyone walks in that store will get the celebrity treatment. A successful business depends on superb customer service and this location had done it beautifully.

Staff were super helpful and assisted me on getting my old iPhone & iPad switched over to a new iPhone & iPad. I had major & unusual technical issues that they fixed and didn’t give up till it was all good! Outstanding customer service. I highly recommend going to this Verizon store for all your mobile phone needs. We met at least 4 staff members during our visit and they were all very nice and helpful. I was even offered water for my cough. Got a text msg the next day following up on their service.
