BLT pizza is the best didn’t think it could be done but better then Happy Joe’s …yes I said it… the chicken parmesan sandwich amazing, everything I have tried on the menu has been great.

I’ve had good food on all of my visits here, but if time is at all an issue (like, a lunch hour) I would not recommend it. It’s a bit stressful waiting 45 minutes for a sandwhich.

I got lost a bit on my drive to Dubuque and drove by this joint, turned around and heard on the recommendation of an acquaintance to check it out and my I am glad I did.
The man who took my order and brought my food out to me was EXTREMELY polite. I was a bit «lost» by how the ordering works because its a «seat yourself» place, where you order at the counter and the guy was very patient.
The pizza took a little long to arrive, but there was a table of 7 or 8 who had not gotten their food ahead of me, so it’s all good.
The pizza itself? Myyyyy oh my! Incredible! It’s topped with a bunch of shake-​parm cheese, including the crust practically being caked in it. Swirly, crunchy yet fluffy crust, fresh cheese and cooked to absolute perfection. This stuff was awesome.
This place is THE place to get pizza in Dubuque from my time here.

I can’t say I’ve had many things from the menu. I’m in love with one thing… The Watershed (salad)…always fresh and crisp. They also treated me with courtesy when they forgot part of my take out order… great food & great service!!!

The best pizza in Dubuque, I highly recommend it. Otherwise the rest of the food was nothing special.
You must pick up the pizza and it takes awhile (30 – 40 minutes) but it is worth it.

Probably one of my favorite places in Dubuque!
The signature dish for me are the enormous 20″ pizzas. If I order one alone, this usually is 3 – 4 meals on it’s own. The crust has a good taste and is seasoned well with little garlic cheese sprinkles on it, and the toppings are always very tasty. I really like thinner pizzas, so this is really tops for me.
Other items on their menu stand out way more than you would expect for a restaurant in this price range. The Pork Tenderloin is delicious, as is the fried chicken. You can tell they make these in house with their own recipe.
The only small let down is the restaurant itself. There was not much money put into it, and it feels a bit cold and uninviting. Even so, everything feels clean and well cared for. The drink station is maintained well. They are doing renovations on the dining area though, so I think things will improve.
I used to live much closer to this place, and it was a staple for me when I didn’t feel like cooking. The owner is a great guy, and you can tell he really cares about the place. Wish them nothing but good luck.

The food here is great. I have had their pizza and gone here for breakfast twice. The draw back is if you want to go out to be waited on this is not your place. You have to get your own menus, silverware and drinks. You go up to the counter to order your food but they do bring your food out to you. It’s slow but again the food is awesome which makes it worthwhile plus you don’t have to tip cause they really don’t do anything for you.

I will rate the Watershed based on the pizza and not the wings. Their menu boasted «jumbo» wings, and I figured we’d give them a shot along side our pizza. There were 7 very average sized wings and all the sauce was in the bottom of the container. To be fair, they tasted ok, but I wouldn’t order them again.
The pizza was HUGE. It was a nice change from the chain pizza we always get. Half of the pizza fed our family of 4. It was pretty good, I’d order it again.
I think we’ll probably try other things on their menu as well.

Finally a good sandwich shop on the northend. Damn good pizza and the CBS (Chicken Bacon Swiss) sandwich is the best in town. A 20″ loaded pizza for under 20 bucks just aint that bad of a bargain.
