Great Academy to train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Look no further. The academy is family oriented and great with Kids as well. Professor Tiago Giussani is extremely knowledgable and as an avid Professor and competitor he is the best of the best. Professor Giussani is hands down the best choice within the area. I’ve been blessed to be exposed to his classes and to his training régime. I can’t wait to train and learn more with team Giraffe again! Oss

Have been taking classes under Tiago Giussani at Disciple MMA in Ashburn VA for a few weeks at time of this review, and ever since day 1 they have been nothing but excellent in group energy and environment, teaching and training isolated techniques, while helping achieve the proper movements and positions through repetition, practice, and precise explanations. Folks here even the higher ranks are welcoming to new white belts. Have been able to use the self-​defense moves already in sparring, «with maximum effectiveness». The groups is run well, good energy, courteous, and respectful. I would recommend Tiago Giussani and these classes to my friends and co-​workers, and I liked it so much here that I will be bringing my kids and family there to train, too. /​/​Ossss!
