I was pleasantly surprised by this place since they had a good amount of bad reviews. My wife and I enjoyed our time here, not an overly crowded or noisy place, just the way we like it. We got the sweet chili calamari to start and it was delicous and a big serving. The bread they brought out was warm and toasted, as well. I got the T-Bone steak that was cooked perfectly. My wife got sirloin with a side of bbq ribs, the sirloin was good but the ribs were okay. The service was overall good and fast, they bring out your food and refill drinks quickly. I would definitely come back here again. If i could give them 4 ½ stars, I would.

Mediocrity at its most mediocre. Every time I have a steak there, I feel like I would have been better off making one at home. They give you a ton of food, none of which is excellent. You leave full, but dissatisfied.

Ughhhh… so although I said that I wouldn’t return to this location, I had to as that’s where my family chose to go for a birthday dinner. Once again… I was disappointed, but this time, we didn’t even get to eat because they never seated us. I even called ahead as I knew it would be crowded. When we arrived, we were told it would be a 30 minute wait, but still weren’t seated by the time we reached the 60 minute mark. I even spoke with a manager, but he didn’t give a rat’s «you know what». After continuously watching other groups come in after us and get seated… we lost our patience and left. I despise this place.

I ordered the most expensive burger because it’s description said it came with prime rib piled on top of the burger. I was really hungry, so I got the $ 15 burger with the prime rib supposedly piled on. Waitress brings it out, has zero prime rib. It was just a basic burger. Of course, I still got charged the full price of $ 15. I will never eat here again.

Steak was ok. Husband ordered medium but gave him rare. He asked for butter but waitress never brought it over.

Lunch prices here were under $ 10 for a salad and ½ sandwich. That’s all I needed, I was full. The service was good from the hostess to the waiter. Both of them were very professional. Great place for a business lunch/meeting or just stopping in on your personal time for a good meal.

A steak place that actually has good steaks and… knows how to correctly cook them — ex. medium means a hot pink center. Service is pretty consistent and the managers seem attentive. Sam Adams seasonal always on draft. The fire grilled corn is off the hook yummy!

A fairly hearty meal at a comparable price. The misses got the prime rib, and I got the baby back ribs. It all tasted pretty good. My only complaint for my meal was the side of macaroni and cheese. It had a lot of cheese, and was very«stringy» as you pulled your fork full away from the dish — But it wasn’t creamy. Good mac and cheese is creamy. This was not. The ribs were tender, and fell off the bones, but without that smoke flavor they were just okay. Certainly could have been better if done in a pit. The misses enjoyed her prime rib and sides. She said the meat was tender, and the loaded baked potato was large and stuffed full of delicious tidbits. The firecracker chicken we got as an appetizer was really good. Combined with the zesty ranch dipping sauce it was probably the best part of the meal. Would go back just to have another plate of these. I was not a fan of the Blackberry Firefly Tea. I like a good sweet mixed drink, but this one was just sugar overload. Couldn’t taste any of the alcohol, and there was way too much ice in the glass. Definitely would not spend the seven dollars to have it again. Overall, Longhorn is a good steakhouse — Even though I didn’t get the steak. Still looking for that amazing steakhouse for this area though.

I ate here twice within a couple of weeks. Once for lunch and once for dinner. It was fine. I went for lunch with a co-worker and was really looking forward to a seasonal salad they have on the menu. It comes with fried goat cheese on it — go figure they were out of the goat cheese! Oh well — had the boring salad with bleu cheese crumbles on it instead. Certainly wasn’t quite the same but it was fine. The services was pretty good on this visit — the waiter was actually very up beat and friendly. Went back a couple of weeks later after work for dinner. Was craving a piece of meat. When we were seated I was starving so I ordered the parmesean crusted asparagus as an appetizer. They were not too bad. Served with a dipping sauce that resembled a remeloude sauce. Just goes to show you that you can fry anything and serve it with a spicy dipping sauce and no one will complain much. The bread and butter they serve is not worth the calories. From there I had the lamb chops — they were okay. They are normally served with mashed potatoes and wilted spinach. I asked to swap the mashed potates with green beans and got no wilted spinach either. Not sure when I asked for those to be swapped too! Oh well. My husband ordered a filet that was actually quite tasty. That may have been the better choice for the evening. The waitress for our dinner service could have been had a bit more pep in her step. She didn’t seem thrilled to be at work… although she wasn’t unpleasant –just not«happy» to serve us. For a steakhouse chain — I would say overall it was fine. Nothing spectacular. Decent food, okay service, okay price.

Great place to get a steak, the prices aren‘t too expensive, aren‘t too cheap but just right and I say you get more than you pay for, the outlaw ribeye and the HUGE porterhouse are my faves but I usually have a hard time choosing a steak due to the variety and they always have something seasonal/limited time on the menu which is cool with me, not a big fan of their lobster tail but the salmon is really good and always cooked perfectly, this lacation is always clean and has an awesome staff and the managers are all friendly

I have been here for 2 large family celebrations. Both visits were within a one year span. They do not take reservations but they do accept ‘call ahead’. This last visit was on a Saturday night and we celebrated my father-in-law’s birthday. Everything was ‘perfect’. Our table was ready within minutes of arriving. Even though our entire had not arrived, they were nice enough to seat part of us. Our server was quick to serve, very accommodating, and always had a pleasant attitude. The food arrived hot and tasty. The portions were not huge but they were enough. They offer a child’s menu. Their bread was fresh and hot(honey wheat). Prices are very reasonable, it’s definitely a nice addition to the land of mall restaurants. We ordered a variety of appetizers(calamari, wings and chips), all were very good. Each meal comes with a generous portion of salad(choice of house or caesar). Our group had a selections of steaks and seafood. Our party was fed well, service was excellent, and the overall experience was pleasant.

This review is long overdue! I wanted to give kudos where it is due! We did a call ahead for dinner to celebrate a family birthday! From the moment we walked into the place to the time we walked out… everything was wonderful. The staff put a nice big table together for our large party. Service was smacking fabulous! Water glasses, drink orders, and refills were very timely. Special requests of appetizers and meals were easily accommodated. One of our steaks was a bit underdone and they gladly re-cooked and came to check on us. The menu has flexible options and combos. Portions are plentiful and enough to share. There’s a nice kids menu. We enjoyed this location on this particular evening. Hope they continue to provide this same level of service and quality.
