I love this place the people work there are very very friendly! I can find almost everything I need for craft here

the cashier/​register service needs improvement. there were no customers in front of me and three employees standing behind the registers talking to each other. I waited patiently but as time went by, I was annoyed that my presence wasn’t acknowledge by any of them. I even considered dropping my items and walking out but I had my kids with me so I tried to hold my annoyance in. my son actually asked why I was waiting… seriously, disappointing. I noticed the few glances towards me but they ignored me all the same and continued on with their conversation.
my transaction took a minute. could they not have waited on me then have their conversation?

The framing department is great! Stapled and wrapped my father in law’s art so we could ship it cross country. No charge! They were so nice and helpful! I’ve also framed some of my art here.

The store was very clean, organized, and easy to find things.
Patrick was so very helpful, kind, and talkative (a good thing, sometimes retail workers tend to not talk that much).
Carmelisha was also very sweet and talkative (a good thing).

Love having this new Michaels so close to home. I wish they did more online coupons. Anyway, the store is clean and employees are friendly. I like the walking distance to other stores

Seriously one of the nicest Michael’s I have ever visited. The store is bright and organized with wide aisles and friendly employees. I experienced none of the confusion and disorganization I feel when I walk into the Fair Lakes location. This store is laid out well and fully stocked making it easy to find the things you are looking for. The frame shop is located at the center back of the store and the frames are displayed in such a way that you can easily walk through to browse unlike other stores where everything is behind the counter. Lines are not long and check out is a breeze. My only complaint is every time I check out I am asked for my email address. Personally, I already get enough spam and really don’t want any more. I do appreciate having this store close to my neighborhood.

We were so excited when this location had it’s soft opening. Very spacious, well stocked, friendly staff. I’m so glad we don’t have to drive a half hour for art and craft supplies for school projects and whanot. Convenience rocks!

I was never really into arts and crafts, but this outstanding Michael’s brings out the Martha Stewart in me. Their selection is so varied and well-​organized. They have everything, from milk bottles to rustic-​style photo frames to martini-​glass-​shaped vases to paper chandeliers to plain t-​shirts to seemingly endless aisles of beautiful not tacky artificial flowers. It was a little jarring, but they also already have a plethora of Halloween and fall décor out.
We were also really impressed by the great service that we received at their custom framing area. Erick was so knowledgeable and informative. He really took the time to tell us about different framing options, pricing, and turnaround time. Custom framing promotions run through August 1, so check them out if you need framing for wall art or precious photos. Speaking of promotions, there are plenty of other grand opening sales and deals.
Hopefully, the selection, organization, and service will stay superb, even after the excitement of grand opening is over.
