Old Navy

Old Navy is my place to buy jeans and everyday shirts and khakis, this location is usaully clean and organized but I have seen it get a little out of hand but not relly a big deal, Old Navy prices are good and they tend to have great sales, the quality of the clothes are good too.

This was the WORST old navy I have been to. Customer service was terrible– was trying to return unworn maternity clothes with original receipt and was told I couldn’t get the money back on my credit card only store credit and for the price that the item is selling currently. Supposedly I was just over the 45 day return policy; however, Old Navy does not state this in the policy on the original shipping receipt.
I felt my horrible experience needed to be know for those pregnant women out there… make sure you return within 45 days if the items don’t fit or work for you!!!
This particular store’s manager was helpless, didn’t apologize for the inconvenience on their part, and kept saying «it’s company policy»…even said this to me after I informed the teenage manager that I used to work for the company ten years ago… they need to put this terrible return policy in writing!!! I’m sorry but being in customer service for the past 15 years, I expect to be treated with the same great service or provide on a daily basis– this Old Navy failed with flying colors.
I would avoid this store altogether– lack of floor staff so waited 10 minutes in a line just to be told I couldn’t get my refund on my CC…

This has got to be my 2^nd favorite Old Navy. The one at Tyson’s Corner is my #1 fave. Both locations have an impressive selection and I never walk out empty handed.

The shopping saga continues… only needed a few things for our upcoming trip for the hubby. Since my earlier trip thru Nordstrom’s was so swift and successful I was able to handle one more store yesterday.
Old Navy is just one of those places where you can shop for your guy in about 15 min and get everything you need — shorts, polos and even casual khakis. Which left me time to get some jammies and a beach cover up for myself!
I love the rainbow of colors when you come in the door here… the fact that they have dog clothes and toys also give me warm fuzzies. Slippers, belts, bags, shoes… whatever you need its there.
