Hubby and I were excited that this location finally offered trufflelatas. He wanted the limited edition pumpkin one and I wanted the chocolate lava cake. The lady behind the counter looked like she did not want to be there at all. She had a bad attitude and clearly didn’t know what she was doing either. She constantly looked at a set of instructions while making the shakes. As for how they tasted? Such a disappointment. If you were to cut up little pieces of chocolate and put it in your mouth with a piece of ice, that’s what it tasted like. Will not be returning to this location.

Small boutique, it is crowded with even just 2 couples shopping inside. But great chocolate! Of course it is a bit overpriced, but it is delicious. The staff was very friendly at this location and I signed up for the Godiva members club. Thanks :)

Dispirited and lonely worker bee huddles in the back room like an off-season Santa elf. After a tentative shout and squashing fleeting temptations to rob the unattended storefront blind, she waddles forth. With lifeless eyes she accepts my club card, roughly bags my chosen sweet treat of the month, and hands me a two-piece gift box for spending a li’l somethin’ somethin’ last month. Milk chocolate and semi-dark chocolate in the box were both groovy, not too sweet. Raspberry star slapped me in the face with memories of Smuckers jam, but I enjoyed the white chocolate shell immensely.
