We hired Terry to check our chimney and chimney cap and were so impressed. Not only did he call the morning of our appointment to let us know he was on his way, he is extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and clean. He took pictures to show us what he found and discussed our options without any pressure. We couldn’t have asked for a better person and would recommend him highly.

Service so good that I registered on Unilocal just to write the review.
Courteous, polite, knowlegable, effecient yet thorough.
I researched several chimney cleaning services before deciding on A Neat Sweep. The priceor for service was about mid-range of those I evaluated. Ultimately, the other 2 reviews here on Unilocal were the tipping point for me in my decision.
I’m writing now to confirm what has already been said. A Neat Sweep is a great service and I would recommend them to anyone seeking chimney service.

This is an update to my previous review; I have had Terry back for another chimney sweep (firewood has become one of my primary heat sources since the price of natural gas continues to increase — so I like to have a comfort level that the chimney is clean). As expected, Terry was on time, very methodical, and neat. Same price as a year and ½ ago.
This time, we also designed a chimney cap for the top of the chimney. Terry built it to the specifications out of aluminum, and returned a week later to install it. It looks great up there and we know it will help to protect our chimney top from the elements.
I could not be more pleased. Thank you Terry!
