BB’s Wing’s

Just got off work. .my days off are wierd. Work Sat, Sun etc. Decided not to cook. I ordered hot wings and asked if they had any specials. like wings/​fries etc. the dude gave me this look like I had just said something horrible about his mom.
When I got home and looked… the wings looked like pigeon wings, no meat and way over cooked. Not hot at all. (.69 cents per wing) shew .just glad I didn’t weigh them. Publix wings from now on.
There was this great wing place on hwy 29 in Lilburn, always had a decent size wing also hot meant hot. Been a long time, so I can’t remember the name. Hate to be so negative but I work too hard for my income to pay for these little, over cooked mild not spicy hot wings. .just keep moving !

I always tell myself to never order from here because THEY SUCK at delivery. I was desperate for some wings today, so I decided to order via grub hub. Ordered at 6:25pm, and estimated time arrival was 7:20 — 7:30pm. Received a text at 7:23pm that our order would arrive at 7:30pm. I waited and waited and suddenly my phone rang at 7:56pm, and they stated that it was raining hard so it would take another 20 minutes. WHY DID YOU WAIT THAT LONG TO CALL AND TELL ME? Food arrived at 8:30pm. TWO HOURS from initial order time.
I ordered a 10 piece wings split into two flavors, but of course I received them all one flavor. My other 10 piece were all flats, and for some reason the incorrect 10 piece were all drums. So that definitely means that they forgot to make one of my 10 pieces all flats, so they grabbed all the flats from the other 10 piece which resulted in one of the 10 pieces being all drums. Trust me, I know because I worked at a wing store for 2 years.
This is a delivery order, so you have ample time to double check everything. You probably even have time to correct your mistake since I’m not physically in the store waiting for my order.
GET IT TOGETHER.
Food arrived lukewarm and wings/​fries soggy.

Ordered wings and fries. Wings looked liked they had been fried twice. Very dark, like oil needs to be changed. Really the worst I’ve ever had. Not ordering from them again.

The hibachi steak is a must. I ordered from here today and messed around and passed out. These guys still came back and delivered my food.5*

Worse wing ever! Take 45 mins for my to go order and when i get home the wing is over cooked. I spend 22 and my time to put it in trush. Do not go there!

Worst service I ever experienced. Found this place on grub hub. Place is 3 miles away from my place. Decided to ordered delivery from this place. I ordered food at 8:17 pm. Estimated time given by them was 60 min. I was ok with it. But it was getting irritating when I got message from them at 9:30 pm that your food will be there shortly. I waited till 10 pm and still food were not arrived.
I never ever again order from this place.

Ordering:
Placed a delivery Order here. An older gentleman with a strong accent picked up. The guy rushed me talked extremely fast. Because my parents immigrated to america, I don’t mind if you have an accent that I barely understand I can be a very patient person.. . However I expect the same manner that i give to you be given to me. Talking over me is hella rude and i understand it can get extremely busy at restaurants… but wtfff! is it too much to ask for a customer to clarify the order that he is paying for? Didn’t give me the final price. Just took my card and said 45 minutes and hung up. Honestly, the way he spoke to me made me feel bad to ask for the final price.

Philly was great. Good combo for the price! I think it was $ 9 but it came with a 7 inch philly, 5 wings, fries and a can drink.

This was my second time ordering from here. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger for delivery and that was a mistake. The patty meat in the hamburger was undercooked and still red. I’d like my refund. This was a bad experience.
