I never noticed this mobile Best Buy store in Gwinnett Place Mall before, but did today when in the mall looking for a certain cell phone accessory. I am SO glad I discovered this store and went inside!
I honestly have not had the superior level of customer service I received in this store in a very long time. David assisted me with finding and selecting my item. He went above and beyond to find information and test the product for me. He was very personable and due to that discovered I did not know how to do several things on my new cell phone. He offered to show me how and took the time to teach me. I was VERY pleased with the service this store provided!
I noticed how well their service was with other customers when I came in but did not think about how awesome this was until I walked out the store smiling.
