This location doesn’t have the remodeled, super-modern atmosphere going on like some newer stores, but I have never had any trouble with the staff here; they are always friendly and very helpful.

I’ve always been skeptical of writing reviews but my 5th visit to this at&t store has forced me to, every time I walk into the store no one acknowledges you or greets you when someone finally comes up to you so they can sign you in, you have to be ready to hang around in one spot waiting for one of their many useless employees that ain’t doing nothing might come to you and help you out if you are lucky enough

Not sure why other people are having issues with this store, however, my experience here was awesome. This is not my first time being here, but never had any issues with any rep here. In fact, this time, I had went in here for an upgrade and a very nice gentleman named, Corey, was fantastic. He took the time to explained to me the difference of the Next plan versus the 2yrs contract one, and how to save big bucks. Not to mention he helped me track down the last available new iPhone 6s Plus with the specific color and size that I wanted, late, near closing time. Overall, I’m very happy with the service here and will be back for any other service, and to recommend any one who looks for a great service in searching for your next phone purchases. No doubt there’ll be a bit wait just like any big corporate store like this, so plan ahead if you don’t want to be late for any of your important event. As far as the reps here, keep up the good work!

Service is good but go earlier in the day if you don’t want to wait. I went on a weekday and it wasn’t that crazy. The staff is friendly and helpful. I went in on two separate instances and was pleased both times. They made sure to answer all of my questions and concerns.

Just make sure you eat a meal before you come here because it takes forever. I was returning merchandise. I had my receipt with me and the box wasn’t even open. In most places, this would have taken less than 5 minutes. Scan the receipt, process the return, refund and credit… Unfortunately, this store is a mess. Their folks that work there, lounge around, talking to each other, rather than help the folks in line. It was horrible. How long did I have to wait? One whole hour. They had plenty of help, but the store manager was not getting things done fast. It’s just horrible to see customer wait that long. They had some low stools around and I spotted 2 kids /toddlers sleeping on them… yeah… ATT… and the store manager… wake up… You had people waiting that long, their kids fall asleep in the store.

Faiza, an associate who was helping me with my account upgrade, was polite and tried her best to explain and fix a problem that I was having. She notified the manager, Justin, of the problem that I was having, but he was extremely rude from the start and didn’t even try to find a solution for my problem. He pretty much told me that he can’t do anything, and that if I have a problem with it, I should call customer service. Rather than trying to understand the problem that I was having, and attempting to facilitate a solution, he was rude and had very poor customer service skills. I called att national customer service and they saw the issue immediately, fixed it within a matter of minutes, and made sure that I was happy with my service. This branch(Justin, the retail manager at least) is not a good representation of the customer service that I expect from AT&T.

The wait was LONG, which I didn’t understand given the few amount of people in the store at 10am on Friday. Once I was finally helped, Erica was awesome! She got me the new sim card for my second line faster than I’ve ever seen and wasn’t annoying as AT&T employees usually are with the up-sell. Thanks, Erica!
