Tmoblie suck and, I advise everyone not to use this company. In May I brought new Samsung Galaxy s6 and in June the phone stop working. It was replace but a month later I had the same issue. So Tmoblie continue sending me phone that didn’t work so I cancel my service. Instead of offering me different phone. Tmoblie kept sending me refurbished phones that no longer work.

Went in to pay my bill about 30 minutes after the store opened. Jason greeted me at the door and assisted me with paying my bill. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Service was swift and professional.

Purchased a pre-paid plan from this store. I did not have service, the tower was supposedly down. I called every second day from another phone to get them to give me service. They just kept extending my account. Finally I called and asked them just to cancel, I was informed they would refund me by a pre-paid card in the mail. Now they have gone back on their word. Do not go with T-Mobile!

I was referred to T-Mobile through one of my co-workers who currently has them as a carrier, since my contract with Sprint(at the time) was due to end this October 2014, I figured I should start browsing around(especially if one has budget). After conversing with my co-worker, I was interested due to the fact that T-Mobile has a plan that offers unlimited talk & text with 5GB of data. Furthermore, when you sign up with T-Mobile they will pay for your early termination fee’s with your current carrier. I figured with a promotion like this, why not? I mean I’m saving $ 30 in my pocket sooo let’s get to it right? NOTE: Communication goes far with me — I’m very considerate & easy to work with as long as there’s communication. When I walked into this T-Mobile store and spoke with the representative, I made sure all my questions were answered before starting the process. I asked about their current promotion of them buying out my contract with Sprint and was told it would be taken care of by T-Mobile. So I decided to proceed, the entire process of getting switched over took almost 2hrs. I was being very patient because GA has unpredictable weather(it snowed). So I completely understand why their system was lagging. Towards the end of it all, because I felt the rep was being pretty vague about their promotion to pay out your contract with your previous carrier. I asked them to give me full details on the entire procedure and if there was anything I had to do on my part(mind you I’m thinking this was going to be handled internally). After everything was done, they decided to me that(at the end) that I’d have to pay my early termination fee out of pocket, and the reimbursement would be given through a pre-paid visa card(this process takes 8 weeks). At this point, I was confused because they made it seem like this would be handled internally when that was not the case at all. Since they were about to close, I felt any further questions I’d ask were kept short and vague. My rep seemed irritated at this point, and basically told me for any other questions to go online.(They were trying to get me to leave) I rated them 3 stars… I could’ve rated them 2 or 1 — but decided 3. One of the reasons consisted of the associates having a conversation about how incompetent the customers were(highly unprofessional as I’m still in the building). Second consisted of(*one of) their associates not paying attention when keying in the proper information for a customer(*error, which demonstrates they’re not paying attention). Third reason consisted of lack of communication and or knowledge of the product/promotion. As a new customer with T-Mobile, thus far I’ve had phone issues, terrible lack of communication with Customer Service at T-Mobile(onsite) and their 24 hour customer service over the phone. However, I’m giving them a 3 due to their coverage, aside from the ridiculous phone issues, the coverage is great. My only advice for someone who’s going over to T-Mobile is do your research and ask all the right questions. Remember, for any promotion with any carriers there’s always going to be several procedures.

AWESOMECUSTOMERSERVICE! That pretty much sums up my review. The name of the lady who was FANTASTIC slips my mind right now, but I’ll probably take a swing by there later today for a new sim card, but this is by far the BEST T-Mobile store I have gone to. I asked about my rebate and when I would receive it, and she couldn’t give me an answer when I was in the store, so she gave me a call a few weeks later to let me know it’s been processed and on the way. She even remembered the phone problems I’ve been having and asked if I got it all sorted out, and what happened, and was just a very nice, caring woman! Kudos for great customer service! :D
