I went here for the first time yesterday. Sitting at the bar, I waited around 20 minutes to be served. The bartender would not prioritize who was at the bar first and was just serving people at random. When he was able to come down to take our order, he apologized and said «Sorry, I saw you guys down there…». If he saw us «down there» (its a very small bar) he should have told the people who just walked up to wait. After about an hour, we went back up to the bar to get another drink. The same issue happened but this time worse. After about a 20 minute wait again, we left without receiving service. Over 40 minutes of the 90 minutes we were there, was spent wasted on waiting for the slowest bartender in history. I would have rather spent it enjoying company of friends. This could be resolved by having more than one bartender on staff when you have an event, a bartender that can handle more than one simple order at a time, serve the people that have been waiting the longest. Start serving at one end of the bar and work your way down to the other. This will cover everyone and then you go back to the start. Simple. I will never be back and I will let everyone know never to come here.
