I can only hope these guys can maintain their current service levels. I brought my teen here to get an assessment for braces. From appointment booking to consultation to contracts. everyone that we met was courteous, happy, service and customer oriented.
I happily signed up my kid for brace and not only that, brought my other teen as well.
We felt they were patient with our questions and concerns. They did not rush us. Took the time to explain the basics to us. I know they must explain the same thing over and over again to all their customers, but they were not curt with us.
Bottom line, they did a very good job. We felt assured that our teens are taken good care of. If you need braces, this would be the place to go.
