Sub par for even a BK. They didn’t change their grease like they should, no AC, bathrooms had smoke coming through the vent, and the manager didn’t care that my friends order tasted horrible.

I like Burger King’s breakfast(LOVE the Sausage, Egg & Cheese Croissan’Wich!), but it had been a while since I had been to one in time for breakfast, and I didn’t know what time it ended. I arrived at this Burger King a little after 10:30 am on a Saturday, and I realized I must have JUST missed breakfast because I heard the employees talking about changing the menu to the lunch menu when I walked in. Boo… So, it was kind of an awkward time between breakfast and lunch when I arrived, but I was starving so I decided to stay and have an early brunch. I had heard the commercials for their new Chicken Strips and variety of new dipping sauces, so I decided to give them a try. I ordered a small, 3-piece Chicken Strips meal. Although the 3 piece usually comes with just one sauce, I asked if they would charge for an extra sauce. The employee who took my order said no, so I asked for one Roasted Jalapeño BBQ sauce and one Kung Pao sauce. Since they were switching from breakfast to lunch, I had to wait longer than usual to get my food. It was definitely longer than 5 minutes, but probably not as long as 10 minutes, before my food was ready. At least it was hot! * Chicken Strips(3 piece) Meal($ 4.99, including small fries and small drink) — My fries were served in the same box as the 3 Chicken Strips, which was unexpected. I couldn’t really gauge whether the amount of fries they gave me was more or less than a usual small order of fries, but it kind of felt like there were less. The chicken strips are made of premium white meat chicken, and they’re «battered in seasoned home-style breading.» I thought they were yummy! The Jalapeño BBQ sauce was a little spicy but it was delicious! It’s way better than BK’s regular BBQ sauce and easily my new favorite sauce there! The Kung Pao sauce tasted like a thicker version of slightly spicy and sweet soy sauce. I thought it was alright, but I probably wouldn’t get it again. Overall, this Burger King gets 3.5 stars for it’s cleanliness and fairly good fast food. My main suggestion would be to make a smoother and quicker transition from breakfast to lunch, and offer to bring the food to your customers if they have to wait for more than a couple minutes! Another thing that would be awesome is if they could add Coke Zero as one of their fountain drink options. Their fountain drink machines look a little old and rundown. A Coke Freestyle would be super amazing, but I realize those can get pricey… I wouldn’t mind returning to this BK if I happen to be in the area, but I don’t crave their food very often.
