Seriously. This place sends me off with the wrong order each and every time. Shouldave learned my lesson the first time, I had asked for a berry smoothie and all I received was blended ice.

Horrible Indian guy that was the manager on 12/​10/​2015 at 11:00 pm at the pleasant hill location. Rude and disrespectful. Ended up not even eating there because of the nonsense coming out of this guys mouth. I heard this was a corporate owned McDonald’s. Horrible.

I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for a while now and it’s been ok. My overall experience was «meh ok» but I just decided to give this place an «a-​ok» instead. I’m trying to be «nice» in my reviews but still trying to be honest as well.
First off is that I didn’t like the fact that McDonald’s made a false advertisement about their «breakfast all day». it’s just certain breakfast items that are part of that deal. Not everything.
so my favorite breakfast sandwich which is the Egg White Delight was NOT part of the menu and that made me mad but oh well. can’t always have everything. I guess.

Horrable customer service in the morning from 5am-​1pm a few of the workers have a crappy attitude and almost always throw my food and change at me. The managers that work there are not any better !!! They have non English speaking people on there headsets and at the windows. Half the time you can’t even understand what they are saying. They don’t say thank you or anything like that. Overall this is a horrible McDonald’s and I would suggest not ever going to this location unless you like being treated like crap and not being able to understand there staff

Waited 30 mins for a big mac… worst ever… whats the point of being open for 24 hrs if it takes this long to get your order?

This review is probably atypical of most people who’ve been to mcdonalds. We went through the drive-​thru around midnight. They said they don’t have decaf coffee, but they could make it. Then they come back and say «it’s too late to make decaf coffee» –_​–
It’s midnight. People need their coffee fix without staying up all night.

nice cashiers but the service was slower than my grandma! we were in the drive thru for about 40 minutes… there were about 7 cars In the line but still ! that’s ridiculous this is supposed to be fast food !

Didn’t realize this location also offered 24-​hour dine in as well. Stopped by to dine-​in at 1:30am Saturday night. The service was amazing and the food was really good. Other McDonald’s don’t compare to this one. I try not to eat at McDonalds a lot because of service and quality but it was really good tonight. You would have thought the corporate people were at this restaurant. The employees and management were on top of it.

This mc donald is the largest mc donald in the city.

I came dine in to get something to eat.
Southern chicken Sandwich, 10pc chicken nugget, medium fries, medium drinks.
But it took like over 20 min to get my order. I thought they went to other mc donald to get my order.
And other day I went to drive thru. It was smooth order and recive my order. I went home they forgot my straw and sauce. Very dissapointed.

I order the meal at midnight, but I don’t like the meat in the sandwich, is too dry. The people are nice, they open 24 hours so awesome !

I’m giving up on this McDonald’s in terms of the drive thru. Three times now (in a row) my order has been wrong. The food is hot and the staff is nice, but they need to really work on the drive thru. I will just have to go in from now on and place my order to go.

Yea! Fast drive thru! The health score was a 100 on two consecutive visits: 1÷27÷11 and 2÷29÷12! Good job.
I am going to bypass the one by my house for this one at breakfast. The sausage biscuit was so good, even though it guarantees a heartburn. I appreciate that the crispy hash brown was very hot and they made my coffee just as I asked.

Ohhhh McDonald’s… Why did you feel the need to create your own version of popcorn chicken?! You were doing just fine with your delicious chicken nuggets — you don’t need this newbie coming along to add ZERO value!!!
Yes, I recently tried their new Chicken McBites at this Pleasant Hill location. I ordered the «Snack» size since it was only $ 1 (for a limited time only) vs. it’s regular cost of $ 1.99. They had run out of the «Snack» size container, so they filled up a 4-​piece chicken nugget container instead. I’m not sure if this equates to more or less than usual, but I digress… I had the McBites with my beloved Sweet Chili sauce, but even my favorite dipping sauce didn’t help me enjoy them.
The McBites were all sorts of shapes and sizes. Some were just tiny pieces of fried batter. The other pieces that did contain chicken had the tiniest pieces, so I could barely taste anything other than the batter and Sweet Chili sauce. And the batter was just «meh.» Nothing spectacular or unique. I was seriously disappointed. At least these, along with a small order of fries, were cheap and filled me up.
Overall, this McDonald’s gets 3 stars because it’s a decent place to get a cheap snack or meal and enjoy free Wi-​Fi. There aren’t many power outlets, so you’ll just have to walk along the walls until you find one and hope that you can get a seat by it. It’s not my favorite McDonald’s, but they usually get the job done. I was just seriously disappointed with my McTinyFriedPiecesofBatter… =P I do not recommend getting the Chicken McBites. Stick with the good ol’ chicken nuggets (unfortunately, no longer $ 1.99 for 10 pieces)!

Just went through the drive thru on a Sunday morning for a quick breakfast. So I can’t review the inside at all. The drive thru is two lanes, I guess to speed things up, which it does. The drive through was pretty quick and they were busy. The food was decent, the drive thru staff nice.
