My second time here and I honestly wasn’t impressed. I ordered the Parmesan crusted chicken which came with 2 pieces of chicken with arugula on top and a choice of side(I got mashed potatoes) and either soup or salad to start with. I got a Caesar salad which was good but my entrée was not fully cooked. One piece of chicken which was a little thicker than the other was still pink on the inside. Ordinarily with meat this isn’t an issue but chicken needs to be fully cooked. We told the waiter, who informed the manager and hopefully notified the kitchen staff.

Great service as usual and great food. Our server was fantastic, very attentive and friendly and spot on with her recommendation of zine fries. The Zucchini fries with garlic sauce was amazing. The chicken masala was very very tasty as well.

Weekday dinner with my fiancé. We were seated promptly. Hostess was very friendly. Parking is very easy. We ordered the calamari for our appetizer and they also give you bread with olive oil mixed in with herbs. I ordered a quartino of Peach Sangria. Their peach sangria is very sweet and fresh. Very summery and light to the taste. I ordered a house salad and he got the Caesar salad. For our entrees with ordered Fettuccine Carrabba Alfredo and Lobster Ravioli. The pasta was tossed with sautéed mushrooms and peas. I asked for the chicken to be taken out. The lobster ravioli was stuffed with lobster and tossed in the white wine cream sauce then topped with diced tomatoes

Some people ask me why I Unilocal about large chain restaurants because they are all the same. I disagree. A lot of things can vary between locations including parking, speed of service, staff, food specials etc. with that being said … This location was spot on. Valentine’s weekend and this staff was rockin’ and rollin’. We only waited a few minutes to be seated. Our server came right away to get our drink order, greet us and bring us bread. The bread, oil, spices or to die for but don’t fill up just yet. Our drinks showed quickly and our orders were placed. The salads were great with just the right amount of dressing. Oh yeah … Our server Jennifer I think was her name was on her game. Food arrived shortly after we finished our salads. It was fresh, hot and exactly as ordered. The portions are big and we both had leftovers for the next day. The bathrooms were well kept and you can tell they are attended to throughout the day. The prices are mid-range We will be back.

Expectations were low because I’m not a firm believer in chain restaurants. Carrabbas was a pleasant surprise! We arrived at 8:50 pm on a Wednesday(they closed at 10) for a surprise birthday dinner for my husband. It was very last minute; previous plans were ruined and we needed something in a hurry. Service was excellent. Our server Kelsey was very patient(my dad can be unintentional awkward and messy); she only came to the table when necessary(no hovering or bugging). She also refilled drinks without us having to ask. To top it off, she was pregnant! Looked about 7 months or so. If you’ve ever been a waitress and been pregnant, you know to be both at the same time is a feat! I am myself 5 ½ months pregnant so I know the struggle and I really salute her, as I had to quit my job as a server due to harsh pregnancy conditions. So if you ever have a pregnant server, tip 25−30%! Have a heart! We also brought a cake for my husband and along with not charging a cake fee(not Carrabbas policy), our waitress was patient and didn’t seem to mind too much, which I appreciated. I have been a server and for someone to bring a cake is extremely annoying– I wouldn’t do such a thing normally but I spent $ 40 on that cake and since the previously mentioned plans were thwarted, this was the only way to surprise him with it. Food was surprisingly tasty. The bread was standard, but the oil(pesto maybe?) that came with it had a kick! We had the arancini to start. They had flavor! I was very surprised. I was expecting it to be bland, as the area is «vanilla» and the demographic is underwhelming in flavor. I had the Fettucine Carrabba. It was cool. Creamy. Nothing out of the ordinary. In sum, the experience was great, I think mainly because my standards for chain restaurants is low. I’d say it was a WORLD better than Outback, which is the last chain restaurant we had been to.

We decided to eat here for late lunch as we haven’t been to a Carrabba’s in ages and we were starving! We ordered sweet tea, Mozzarella Rustica small plate, Caesar Salads(came with entrees), Lasagne, and Prosciutto-Wrapped Shrimp with Asparagus spears, and Brûlée Ricotta Cheesecake. The Mozzarella Rustica Small Plate($ 5) were four large balls of fried round«mozzarella and ricotta with Italian herbs and panko breadcrumbs» w bowl of marinara sauce. It was very good and shaped like perfect meatball sizes. I would order this again as it was that delicious. Next the Caesar salads were served on large round plates and were grated with enough Parmesan cheese that we ate it all so this was very good. Then husband’s Lasagne($ 15) arrived on oval plate with marinara sauce. He gave me a sample bite and I gave him two of my shrimp, and all I got was just pasta and no ricotta nor meat pieces so he gave me another small bite and sausage was spicy. I felt that this lasagna would get more meat and cheese out of Stouffer’s single meal than what he was served!(Sorry Carrabba’s!) My skewered shrimp with prosciutto($ 15) was served on rectangular plate and tasted very good over orzo and asparagus stalks. I loved the spears but had trouble cutting the stalks and had to use a steak knife. It was delicious grilled though which is not easy to cook and saw on the receipt that I was up charged for this even though it was offered as a side item. The finale was the Brulee Ricotta Cheesecake($ 8) was so delicious with cut up strawberries yet it was pricy for dessert. I understand profit is generally on desserts and drinks but overall, the food was very, very good however, just had issues with the high pricing on entrees especially before dinner. We were not told about any specials that was listed online. While we enjoyed Carrabba’s, we would have gone to Cheesecake Factory and spent less money and gotten more portion servings but here we paid over $ 55 for what seemed like a $ 25-$ 35 meal not including tip. Also, the online orders were NOT listing the same prices as in the restaurant menu and changes at different locations!!! We will return to Carrabba’s one day. Customer service was excellent as there were hardly any patrons in the restaurant so that was a plus.

We went to this location on Monday night. We ordered appeterizer, two entrees and oven baked veggie pizza. We got the appeterizer and two entrées. He said he will be right back with the pizza. 15 mins. Later, he said they put meat on the pizza and remaking it. Kids ate there food and I was waiting for my wife’s pizza. 30 mins. Later they brought the pizza and still had meat on it. Server was very nice and he felt bad about the situation but that does fix the problem that they ruined family night. Not going back to this location again.

This place is so basic to me. I came here for the first time in 9 years because I got a free entrée from the national championship giveaway program that Carrabba’s was running during the game. I ordered the bruschetta and it was so sour. Idk if they put too much vinegar but all I could taste was just vinegar. Their Cesar salad was on point tho. And I love how they give you free bread with the Italian seasoning in olive oil. But still that can’t make up for the next day as I ate the rest of my bruschetta as a salsa. It was just that sour and acidic. I am reminded of why I can remember so well my last visit back in 2007 so clearly because I felt the same way I did back then and that was that their food is basic. I remember having their pasta with meatball and not being impressed at all. I would probably not come here again unless they were running another program like this.

I agree with others where the overall food from Carrabba’s has gone down hill. This Carrabba’s was horrible. The only positive thing about our experience is the server. She was on point with service during an unexpected lunch rush. The hostess was rude. The food was horrible and 2 of our entrees were cold. I definitely would not return to this particular location.

The first time I came here was when my boyfriend asked me out during a dinner date here almost 4 years ago. But due to it being the day before Valentine’s, it was very crowded. I couldn’t really enjoy the food in front of me, so I didn’t even remember what it tasted like. However, ever since then. We’ve been coming here for our anniversary every year to enjoy the meal. I ordered various types of pasta every time and my boyfriend got himself a fish dish and we got sangria to go along with it all. They were all very good. We enjoy the atmosphere of it all here. We will definitely come back at least once a year here since it is a bit far from where I live.

I want to be honest about my experience, but don’t want to be snippy. Go let’s concentrate on the positives. I found a parking space near the front door. There was a larger table we moved ourselves to. The water had ice in it. The hostesses gave me napkins and silverware for our table when I asked. The wine came.

I used to work at a Carrabba’s in Tampa, FL eons ago during my college years. At that time, Carrabba’s used to take pride in the food they put out. I’ve noticed over the years that they have now, regardless of location, slipped on overall food quality and portion sizing. Their portions have decreased significantly while their prices have increased. Using smaller food platters and shallow salad bowls are just a couple of industry tricks to get away with serving much smaller portions without you really taking notice. And what’s with charging $ 17.54 for the Chicken Bryan entrée with HALF a chicken breast and charging $ 18.79 for the same entrée with a whole chicken breast?! What a way to strongarm your customers into paying $ 1.25 more! Very reminiscent of McDonald’s and their«super sizing» tactics except at Carrabba’s you’re not getting anything in the way of a super size portion… What if you order during lunch hours? That same half Chicken Bryan entrée is $ 12.99!!! Does the quality of this entrée increase between the lunch & dinner hour to justify this range in pricing?! LOL! Regarding the half vs whole chicken pricing, how about you just charge for food based on actual value instead of patronizing guests with the false intention of giving us a «deal». Don’t get me wrong, dear Unilocal readers, I don’t mind paying for a good meal, but what gets me to come back is getting value at the same time. Duluth’s Carrabba’s was ok. Nothing really to complain about with this location except maybe the hostesses can be a little more cheery about their job. Our check was $ 116 for 3 adults/3 kids and included 1 alcoholic drink & the rest water. Our server was actually very good throughout the meal. She was attentive up until the very end when we asked for our check. She disappeared for a few minutes and kinda left us hanging. Still, she had given us good service and we felt she earned the standard 20% tip. Will we return? It’s doubtful. There are plenty of other restaurants this side of Atlanta where dropping $ 140 for a dinner experience will have you leaving full AND having leftovers for the next day!

We went to this restaurant on Wednesday night. It wasn’t busy and we were seated right away. We were having a great day until we came here. We waitied for 15 minutes. NOBODY came to our table. Usually when we sit down, waiter comes and say hi and blah blah. But this time, NOPE. We read all the details on menu, trying to be patient but still had no one visiting our table. When I decided to just stop any waiter/waitress and ask for manager, one waiter who was passing by asked us if anyone came. Then he brought us drinks and took order. He told us he is not supposed to take care of our table and will make sure other will take care of us. Another guy brought our food and asked which is for whom. He did not apologize for the wait nor said anything. I am sure I could receive better service at ihop. I might go back because I love their food but I am not sure of this location.

I ordered the shrimp and scallops $ 19. I got four small shrimp and 3 scallops. For my side I got asparagus which I had to pay $ 1.50 extra. It was was awful. Cold, bland and small portion for $ 20. Carrabbas used to be one of my favorite restaurants. Never again.

Went in and was told the wait time would be 30 – 40 minutes. At the end of wait time we went back up and inquired about how long and they didn’t have us on their list. We gave them our name twice and they gave us a little alerter which had a number that they couldn’t find. Apologized and seated us immediately and nobody ever waited on us. They should be staffed to the max when there is a concert in the arena. We left an ended up having a nice meal at chick fil a.

First time here, Had my Daughter’s Sweet 16 dinner here. We had a party of about 30 with 3 servers. The Service was slow, but then again we had a large party. The food was good, My guest complained about the menu not having many choices. And a few sent their food back, and had an even longer wait the second go round. Will visit this Resturant again, but with a smaller group!

I love this place. I’ve been here several times so it’s probably best I’d write them a review. All their food is made from scratch and with fresh ingredients. When you try their pasta, you can tell that it’s freshly made by how soft it is. A choice of soup or salad comes with any entrée. Some items that I’ve had: I ordered the Tag Pic Pac with Chicken recently. This came with pasta cooked with fresh tomatos, basil, and chicken. As a drink, I usually order Sprite or sweet tea but this time I tried the Italian Sode in Orange. The drink came out yellow for some reason but that didn’t bother me. I’m probably going to order this drink every single time from now on. The fettucine Carrabbas is alredo pasta mushrooms and peas(I get them without the mushrooms cause I’m not a fan) but you can have this with chicken or shrimp. All their soups are made fresh in house. I’ve had their tomato soup, chicken soup, and minestrone soup. All of which are delicious. The calamari is good too but kinda oily because they just fried it. (Source about freshness from previous employer)

My family and I love going to Carrabba’s and enjoy eating there for birthdays, anniversaries, etc. It has always been a little bit expensive but the food and atmosphere made it worth it. Last night we had dinner there to celebrate mine and my daughters’ birthdays. I ordered the shrimp and scallops Spiedino. My plate literally came with four small shrimp, four small scallops and about one cup of garlic mashed potatoes… all for $ 19.99. I felt like I had received an appetizer plate. I left there feeling as though we had been taken advantage of. We won’t be returning.

This is my first time at this location. I’ve been meaning to come by but it seems like every time I pass by the park Iot is always empty. And once again it looked that way again. But I didn’t let that stop me and boy am I glad I didn’t. The food was good… not great!!! But good. I think little more something can be done to some of the dishes to make them a little more tasteful. This is the reason I didn’t give 5 stars. Oh! Another thing my daughter order desert and tasted like one of those store bought aluminum pan pound cakes that’s always dry. And you have to add some type of fruit syrup or whip cream to get to go down your throat. But all in all we had a descent meal.

You know, I always feel strange reviewing national chain restaurants and I’m not exactly sure why. Maybe it’s the notion that a Carrabba’s in Duluth, GA isn’t really that much different than a Carrabba’s anywhere else in the country. It’s the subtle differences. Anyways, I digress. What I will say is this: While the salad and sides taste very much like«national chain» food(as in poorly seasoned, mass-produced, and lacking in attention to detail), the mains — the Chicken Bryan and Prosciutto-Wrapped Pork Tenderloin were DELICIOUS! I have no doubt that if these menu items were plated in a non-chain restaurant that it would be popular. Let the food snobs turn their noses up at this! Haters gonna hate. The service was also surprisingly good. Our waiter was on the ball all evening. Our glasses were never empty, he made sure that we were comfortable and had everything that we wanted, and he was prompt. I couldn’t ask for anything more from our waiter. Spot on. If they could use greener, healthier looking lettuce in their salads and improved their sides, I would gladly give them 4-stars.
