Delivery was quick. The orange chicken was great except there were too many orange peels in the sauce which made it a little unenjoyable. The fried rice seemed a little under seasoned as well. The crab Rangoon, fried chicken wings and French fries were perfect. The egg drop soup was good as well. They threw in a free can of soda. Prices not bad either.

I made a delivery order tonight for the first time at this place. After an hour I called to see is my order being delivered but was hung up on TWICE. So I drove to the restaurant to tell them don’t even bother just cancel my order. They put me on the phone with the lady, yes I said on the phone, who took my order. She explained to me that something happened with the driver. I kept saying just cancel my order and cancel the payment because I never received my order and it looked like I wasn’t getting it anyway. Really wasn’t happy with this place. First impression was negative. Not happy.

Don’t come expecting ambiance. Expect good, freshly prepared food at very reasonable prices. I had the shrimp with lobster sauce lunch special. It was $ 6, a large portion and included wonton soup. Can’t beat that.

The food is exceptionally bland, and they do not use 100% Vegetable Oil. My niece has an allergy to peanuts and had an allergic reaction to the Chicken Fried Rice.

With 5 Asian restaurants in my area to choose from, we decided to go with China Delight because they had bourbon chicken listed on the menu. I placed a to go order with a somewhat rude female. She kept cutting me off while I was trying to order thus ending in me having to repeat the order over again. I wanted to say if you would allow me to complete a word then this could’ve been avoided. We ordered 2 egg rolls, 1 shrimp roll to taste, Singapore Mei Fun and Bourbon Chicken. The order arrived an hr after I placed it which we somewhat expected being that it was dinnertime and also raining pretty hard outside so that was no shocker or a problem. When I started plating our food the aromas smelled so good we couldn’t wait to eat. The egg rolls were good not great but better than any other Asian rest I’ve had in this area. The shrimp roll was disgusting. It was very«fishy» tasting I had to spit it out. The Singapore Mei Fun looked and smelled wonderful so I was soooo disappointed after I had a few forkfuls of tasteless noodles. I thought surely it was chock full of curry sauce because of the coloring but I was sadly mistaken. I mean there was no flavor whatsoever every bite tasted the same like dry noodles. Even the shrimp and egg were under seasoned. The Bourbon Chicken was good. It was a little spicy like I’ve never had before but tasty. This was our first time ordering from here and I believe in 2nd chances so we will try them once more in the near future.

RUNFORYOURLIFE!!! I just found a «WHOLEROACH» in my hot and sour soup and am about to throw up… literally! They have the nerve to put a health score of 100 on their brochure menu but they’re serving up insects. I wish that I could upload a picture of the bug, it was WHOLE, LEGS and ALL! The girl who works the cash register is pregnant right now and is usually friendly but the food was mediocre to say the least. But my family still kept going like a bunch of dummies. I am so DISGUSTED, I can hardly contain myself. I will be telling everyone I know NOT to go to this restaurant anymore. I almost feel like rallying outside the restaurant and protesting it’s very existence. I am going to contact every city, state, and federal agency. Maybe even the better business bureau. Hell maybe I ought to file a lawsuit. Luckily, I only ate 2 spoons of the soup. But it’s just principal. I’m through with chinese food for good. This is not the first time, I had experienced the unsanitary and acceptable practices of these restaurants but I have finally learned my lesson. TAKEHEED! I HAVEWARNEDYOU! P. S. I don’t give this restaurant ANY stars, but I had to enter 1 in order for this review to be accepted… ugggghhhh

Don’t bother coming here unless you like terrible rude service and bad food. The ingredients are fresh, but the overall execution is terrible. What is comical is that the 2 people who were running the joint at lunch both looked uninterested in being there. One guy was in exercise clothes with headbuds in his ear(he was our waiter). The gal who rang us up was a total rude person, and had a scowl on her face. Never said thank you or delivered a smile. I think the experience I had was so rare — I know with some ethnic restaurants, there is a language barrier, but still a smile and a feel of welcome and good customer service goes beyond words. I can’t believe people would be willing to eat here, there are so many other better places!

«Your order will be there in 30 or 40 minutes,» said the direct but friendly lady on the other end of the phone at China Delight. Tell me lies. Tell me sweet little lies, China Delight. Literally two hours and several food status update calls(which also doubled as arguments about directions to our house) later, our food had not arrived. When the food finally made it to our house, I realized it was completely the wrong order! The driver came back and picked up the wrong order(which, if it ever arrived at its destination, it did so at a temperature just a few degrees above freezing) and a new driver delivered our hot, fresh and correct order within 15 minutes. After all that fury and waiting, the food did not meet my satisfaction. Their soups — egg drop for me, hot and sour for my husband — were completely devoid of flavor. My shrimp with lobster sauce was decent, but the hubs said he was displeased with the Happy Family that he ordered. Overall, a total waste of time.
