Was feeling too lazy to drive out and decided to try this place. I used Unilocal eat24 which was very simple and convenient to place an order for few thai dishes. It even had an option to pretip as well. As soon as i finished placing an order, i received a phone call from the restaurant confirming my orders. Even though confirmation page gave me 45 to 60 min as an estimated delivery time, i had my order delivered in 30 min and foods were still steaming hot. Foods were decent in terms of taste and portion size. Will try ordering different dishes next time.

Ordered Peking Duck and it was delicious! Most of the skin was removed, but the meat was very tender. They also included the legs and wings which is great if you like to gnaw. I did get steamed white rice instead of pancakes, but when I spoke to the manager, he said he would bring it in 15 minutes and he showed up in a reasonable amount of time. I wasn’t a fan of the pancake. It’s more like tortilla and I was expecting bao(white, fluffy pancakes). I had to wait about an hour for my order to get delivered to my hotel room which is fine with traffic and all. I would order from them again, but I would probably substitute«pancakes» for steamed rice and try one of their other dishes.

You know what this place at first order was not bad, it was pretty good food and the prices were amazing. But as I continued ordering it became disgusting, the delivery drivers decided to solicit tips at the door and harass us for not tipping them better amounts, one of them accused me of lying when I told them at the door that something was missing. Disgraceful customer service. Their delivery times are not correct every time I ordered they were at least 30 minutes later then the estimated 1 hour delivery time. Very long time customer since it was Chin Chin. Best Chinese food you can get in Atlanta or the area. I wish they bring back the old sweet and sour shrimp with peach sauce was the best ever! Food is always hot and I’m a regular because of quality and taste.

Food is pretty good but not great. Something is lacking in their recipes compared to other Thai restaurants. The massaman curry is rich and creamy. The pad Thai was a bit oily but good. However, five spice is generous with their portions. It is quite beautiful inside the restaurant.

I ordered chicken pad thai, mild and it had no spice what so ever. Not even a level 1. I also had crab cream cheese Rangoon and they were bland as well. For $ 17.xx I thought it would be better. First and last time going there. Panda express was better. Only thing I can say is you do get a big portion, that’s about it.

Ordered delivery and it was good! The prices were higher than my normal Chinese restaurant and the food was about the same quality. Giving it 4 stars because we did enjoy it but will just use them as a back up for those Chinese delivery emergencies ;)

Came in today to pick up a quick lunch for me to take back to the office. I ordered the Nam Tuk salad and Tom Yum Soup. The Nam Tuk was decent but very very salty dressing and too much dressing on it. It was missing some mint and could use a lot less dressing on it. It had an okay flavor but the beef didn’t seem to be grilled but just warmed up from a prepared beef. As well, I am use to this being served with cabbage not lettuce. It was nice but I bet some fresh cabbage would have been better. So, just cut down on the dressing on the salad. Maybe add some fresh lime squeezes to this and try it with cabbage. The Tom Yum soup is good but very cloudy. It should be pretty clear but spicy and full of lemongrass and cilantro in it and some more fresh mushrooms. It’s not very spicy when the guy said it would a bit spicy. I give it a pass. I’ll have to try some of their other dishes and come back with another review another time. Thanks

Had Thai for dinner. It was a delivery order. I waited for more than an hour. The food was good, just wished it doesn’t take that long to get to me.

I generally eat here about once every few weeks since they have some great sushi lunch specials. The Power Builder is my absolute favorite. It is quite hearty and includes salad, soup and 3 rolls of sushi for around $ 12. You are definitely full when you leave. Also, I like the Panang Curry Lunch and Pad Thai. The service is great and they get you in and out in plenty of time for lunch. I generally go on off days, so I cannot speak for the busier lunch days. But, everything has always been good and timely.

I order from Unilocal and am given a price including delivery. Two times I’ve ordered before and your delivery driver tries to EXTORT(yes you read that right!) money from me. Raise your delivery fee but do not send this rude standoffish man to complain THEENTIRETIME about what he’s making by me tipping him 2dollars on top of the included fee. Next time he complains I’ll call the department of labor to help, i do t want to be Insensitive if the man isn’t being paidI spoke to the owners about this but there was no improvement. I tried to be nice and ordered again, Next time around they delivered my food ice cold so that did it for me. I’ve ordered from them about 6 times I wish I never had.

DON’T WASTEYOURMONEY!!! I ordered a delivery food, and the guy said he can’t find my house?! Well I just moved here, I don’t know either. I ordered twice, last time another one just got me, why you can’t? And he started yelling me on phone, cause I don’t explain well. I spent money to make myself unhappy. It my fault, I will never order again! Finally I got my food and he asked me for tips? Excuse me!!! Actually I prepare some money for tips, but when I get the call, get out!

Sometimes you just want good ol’ greasy Chinese food. The kind you used to feel okay indulging in before we started eating kale cereal and using organic toilet water. I was craving Kung pao shrimp and decided to give this place a shot. I was very pleasantly surprised. My food was delicious and the server was so attentive! I would come back here and again and maybe even try a roll! While is this a no frills type of spot, it is pretty comfortable. It is a little dark, which may be some diner’s preference. Looking forward to visiting again when I am willing to indulge in a cheat meal!

Great Chinese — I recommend the pepper filet(steak), Mongolian beef or their general tsos(it’s a little spicy). Service is always good and it’s never busy to dine in.

Our overall experience was good. Service was very pleasant. Our server was friendly and accommodating. The food we had was tasty. We had chicken pad thai, garlic chicken, fried dumplings, larb, and sampler appetizer. Everything was fresh.

Came here try the sushi and sushi bar and was very pleasantly surprised. Place is almost«rustic», long wood bar looks like Wyoming, very comforting and lots of sushi bar seats. David was our sushi chef and very happy with his creations. You can get anything you want, just ask. Had my son and a friend and sat at the bar for 2 hrs! Started with squid salad and a special tuna ginger salad with tuna and salmon with fresh greens and some sesame oil. The kids had squid salad — their favorite and something 14 yr old don’t like. Smoked, very good Then we had 3 Crispy Tuna platters, tuna, lots, rolled in seaweed and lightly seared on the outside for perfect raw tuna centers with a special soy /lite citrus sauce. These are fantastic! Then a sashimi platter with tuna, yelliwfin, octopus, squid, and salmon– fresh and very good! We all took our time enjoying this platter. More snacking on nigiri and cold beer and greet evening. Great staff, wonderful atmosphere, love the sushi bar! Must try now with new chef David! best sushi around.

Pretty good Thai food, not the best I’ve had. Definitely had better but this is good. The best part is the fresh summer rolls they are really good. The egg rolls are good too. We did not like the Pad Thai, it had a very odd flavor. But we really enjoyed the Rack of Lamb Spicy Basil. It had two spice signs on it but was not spicy at all. They serve it over a bed of spinach and with really good fried rice. It was a good dish overall. So, in conclusion, my search for good Thai in Gwinnett County continues but I’d probably stop by here again for some fresh summer rolls to help me reminisce about my Brooklyn Smörgåsbord days.

I love this place. When I lived nearby, I ate here twice a week at least. My favorites is the super crunch roll — I crave it. We’ve tried almost every roll on the menu. It’s just a matter of taste. The Tom Yun Kun soup is delicious. Just a little spicy with lemongrass and big shrimp. My daughter and I also like the seafood hot sour soup. She likes the dirty herren roll. We usually get seaweed salads. We have also enjoyed the stir fry and Thai dishes — all good. I like the lettuce wraps too. Sauces and seasonings are flavorful but not overpowering. The service is very good. Prompt. Polite and accommodating. Most of the servers have been there a while and I think that says a lot. I think Danny has been there for years. All very nice people. The atmosphere and décor are good for lunch or an evening out. We usually drink wine and the selection is ok. My daughter and I go here quite often and are always pleased. They also deliver.

Decent food! I came here for a saturday lunch and this review will really focus on the food since this was a to go order. Five Spice breaks down their menu to Thai, Chinese, lunch specials, etc. I ordered the General Tso’s lunch order, which comes with plain fried rice, and an egg-roll(or a choice of a chicken wing or soup). The chicken had really nice flavor, wasn’t greasy or too sweet. My only ding is I asked for the Chicken to be made extra spicy, and while I saw the peppers in my entrée, the food was mild at best. That could just be a me thing though. The order for lunch came in at right under $ 8, and there IS a check in offer with Unilocal(10% off if you dine in)…this is as of 6÷6÷15. As I glanced at the restaurant while I sat for about 10 minutes for my order, the area looked spacious, with a couple of large televisions and a bar area. Parking is no problem at all, because while Five spice shares space with a few other restaurants, it also shares parking with Kroger, so you’re good on parking. I don’t have anything bad to say about this place, so I wont. Nice, solid, flavorful meal for under 10 bucks. I’ll be back
