I’ve been eating here for years. The food is great! I can always count on the broccoli cheddar bread bowl and Caesar salad with extra dressing. And don’t forget to grab a pastry! My fav is the cinnamon crunch toasted and sliced with a little bit of butter melted on top. This makes for a great study snack. If you’re in college or are looking for a comfortable place to study for the afternoon, I recommend coming a little after lunch and before the dinner hustle. Who doesn’t like unlimited coffee?! Anyways, these are the only times there are seats available. Besides the limited seating in this location, I am giving 4 stars because during peak times the wait time is outrageous. But being located right off of I-85, across the street from the Infinite Energy Center, and super close to multiple offices, you can’t complain! Don’t forget to sign up for the MyPanera rewards. I got my cinnamon crunch bagel for free tonight! They’re always trying to give you free stuff. One thing I would like to try out is the new online ordering. Being a night shift nurse, this may be a good option for me, to pick up my meal on my way to work!

Pretty good location, the customer service was average, and there was nothing outstanding that occurred or was noticed. My coffee had grounds in it and when given our order, the handler told us the wrong plates.

I am so glad that I made it for breakfast. The people where fantastic. The food is always great. My experience was good enough that I thought I should let everybody know.

Most of my reviews have a bit of wit, humor or sarcasm in them. Not this one. I’m just gonna tell it like it is. This location CONSISTENTLY makes mistakes. As I go here on my way to work, I cannot just«turn around» when they screw up. The first time I didn’t receive my breakfast sandwich. The second time I got the wrong get sandwich. The first time I was refunded at least which I appreciate; the incorrect sandwich order was basically a «too bad, so sad» approach. I guess if I go back I need to hand inspect every item I order before I leave… or better yet, I’ll find another location on the way to my job.

The coffee is taste not good at all. The sandwiches they made are really dry. The only thing I like it is pecan roll.

Limited supply of bagels at 10:00 on a Friday. Less than courteous help. One of the smaller stores. Tables tight

Sadly, horrible service and poor attention to detail for this location only. Panera is a regular stop for me whatever town I might be in. This location gave us wrong items, left out items and mixed everything bagel with other flavors. This led to one of the kids not eating their bagel because it tasted like the everything bagel. We decided to give the place another try this am and they once again put the everything bagel in with the plain bagel. They were out of chocolate chip today. This time, we learned and had them take back the plain bagel and give us a new one in a separate bag. It’s frustrating to spend about 3 bucks for a bagel and cream cheese and not have your kid eat it due to is k of attention to detail by the employees. Panera is usually top shelf, but this one has employees that just toss everything in with reckless abandon. If you go, watch them close and double check to make sure you get what you ordered and they keep the real fragrant flavors separated from the plain or sweeter flavors.

Pretty good food, could be a little cheaper but so could everything… I had the flatbread bbq chicken sandwich(½) and the broccoli and cheddar soup and it was both good. I’ll be going back to try the winter squash bread bowl next time.

OHMYGOSH!!! THISISTHEWORSTPANERA I’VEEVERBEENTO!!! The service here is absolutely terrible! I didn’t think I could ever say that about a fast food restaurant that serves sandwiches, SANDWICHES!!! How hard is it to make a sandwich?! I think I could teach a dog to make one!!! Anyway, we ordered some food for rapid pickup and when we got there to pick up the order it was nowhere to be seen. We stopped someone that looked to be a manager just pretending to be busy, and he gave us an excuse that the system didn’t bring up the order with their one hour window to make the food. Granted it was a large order, but the order was placed the day before!!! We stood there for almost another HOUR waiting on our food. When we got it there were still items missing. Also, there was no apology from the manager or anything. He just carried on like it is a normal occurrence at that particular location, which I believe it is. To this day I don’t understand how hard it is to make a sandwich!!! DOYOURSELF A FAVORANDGOACROSSTHESTREETTOWHICHWICHWHERETHEYKNOWHOWTOMAKE A SANDWICHIN A NORMALAMOUNTOFTIME… plus its sooooo much better than Panera!!!

A decent Panera location, but it is one of the«older» designs. By «older» I mean not having touch-screen kiosks and a better waiting area for your food(if you are taking it to go). In the mixed-use area where I live(in Dallas-Fort Worth), there is a Panera Bread location that has these amenities which I have gotten quite used to… I don’t know if DFW is a test market for these touch screens and rapid/automated pickup improvements, but it is a desired trait that I look for in ALL Paneras now.

Was here twice during an event at the arena. Ordered online and the order was incorrect twice plus waited longer than indicated.

This was an overall great Panera! I was at The Mall of Georgia and wanted Panera, this location is close to that mall! This Panera is at an odd location off the interstate, you get off and you have to drive a ways and you dont really know where it is. I found it and it was a location with excelent service. The employees were very friendly and the food was great! I absolutely loved the food, I had soup and one of their deserts and they were both great tasting. Overall it was very good and will come back if I am ever in the area again.

This place has Free WiFi. It has quickly become one of my favorite lunch places. The Sierra Turkey and either Broccoli Cheese or Tomato Soup are the truth! I now have the«regular customer» card, smh. Okay, I am a regular. Spending too much money on lunch. Just wait til I go to the grocery store lol. I wont be back lol(yes I will). Oh, but check your bags before you leave if it’s to go. Sometimes they forget your chips/apple.Other than that, go, what are you waiting for. Pick 2.

Rude service. Food is fine; just like other panera bread locations. One girl who took my order a couple weeks ago, was very very sweet; however, a girl with multi-colored, long nails took my order today, and was rude. I wasn’t even getting attitude with her, I just asked her about her turkey sandwich options. She didn’t even ask me if I wanted a combo(which I didn’t, but she rang me up for it anyway, and decided to give me chips with it). I ordered the iced green tea, and when she gave it to me, it was extremely foamy at the top. It looked like how it looks when you are washing dishes, and you get the soap all over the bowl or whatever. I was a little skeptical to drink it, because I had this drink plenty of times, and I could not recall it ever being bubbly. I didn’t say anything though, bc I didn’t want to make assumptions and think that anyone would do such a thing. I am writing this review though, in hopes that a manager or the higher management will read this and train their workers again about customer service. I don’t expect a carpet to be rolled out, and for anyone to call me «ma’am» or anything of that sort. I just would like someone who can stay professional, and not ruin someone’s MORNING with their attitude. I have a headache now, and I’m thinking it’s from that drink. :P

I am a fan of Panera Bread so I always try to go whenever I get the chance to. I dined at this location today for lunch and it was super packed and busy. There were no available tables left and some groups moved to sit outside. Good thing it wasn’t too cold outside. This location is located in front of a Kroger. It is a good location since it has a patio that allows for outside dining and also a large parking lot. The staff were nice and attentive. Since they were so busy, all the staff was prepping meals and orders while one employee manned the front cashier and took orders. My order came out pretty quickly. I always order the«Pick 2» that gives you the option of ordering a combo of two smaller portions of a sandwich, panini, soup, or salad. I saw a customer add honey available at the condiments bar to her tea. I thought that was pretty neat to have it available for customers without them having to request for honey. I really like that there is free Wi-Fi! When I come back for my dentists appointments, I will definitely diner here again.

Around this area, there aren’t a lot of easy lunch spots. So when this Panera opened, it was like a little ray of sunshine had opened up on Sugarloaf and all of us cubicle drones came running. If you come here during weekday lunch, expect for there to be a line. In fact, last Wednesday the line was *almost* out the door. But they move the line quickly, and the employees taking my order are cheerful to boot. Although there’s quite a bit of seating in this location, every table is going to be full during lunch hours. So come early, come late, or do what I do: get your order to-go. They have a small bench for those waiting for their to-go orders, and it’s always been fairly quick. Outside of being everything that Panera is – generally good food, albeit a little over priced– it’s just too busy for me at lunchtime.

Love Panera Bread! I get the chicken tortilla soup and the bacon turkey bravo sandwich often and it’s delicious! Tried the toffee cookie today and loved it as well. Love the service. Large eat in area for meeting or studying. They also have an outside patio . Pricey but good quality food.

I was a little out of my element, because it’s not more normal Panera location. But the bakery had a great selection and the coffee was brewed fresh. Nice employees. I will visit again.

Clean, big, very nice employees, wonderful selection of lunch choices! Food was good, but some errors were made, such as: putting my order to go, when I was eating in, forgetting the chicken on my friends chicken salad, all easily corrected. But I’ve noticed at all Paneras that if you get a salad to go, you don’t get as much.
