Hands down, worst service I’ve ever received at a DD. I went on my very short lunch break to grab a cappuccino. The drive thru was blocked off because it was being pressure washed or something, which I understand. But the man who was doing the work had also parked his truck and machine across all the parking spots in front of the DD, so anyone who wanted to go to DD had to park next door at Zaxby’s. Inside, the cashier had no knowledge of how any of the drinks were made… when I asked for a coffee with 2%, he charged me for a coffee… and a bottle of 2% milk from the cooler. After realizing I just wanted milk IN my coffee, the manager came over and decided to make my drink for me. The cashier told him my order wrong, so I ended up with the wrong drink and a smaller size than I actually paid for. The cashier obviously didn’t have enough training. After all of that, they hand me my drink and it’s HALFFULL. Seriously, when you’re paying $ 4 for coffee, you don’t expect them to short you. I was already short on time so I just took it and left. Terrible experience!

The drive thru here gets really backed up in the morning. They don’t seem to be able to handle coffee rushes as well as Starbucks can!

Great service to everyone especially to those who worked friday nights. Place was nice clean, great donuts always, and I loved their bathroom soap.

My biggest weakness is Dunkin’s chocolate sprinkles donut. To satisfy my craving I stopped by a Dunkin to pick up a biscuit and donut. I was excited to see the 97 health score posted on the drive thru window, but immediately felt betrayed when I saw the employee making my food WITHOUTGLOVES! Red flag that made me wonder how they got such a high score. I’m going to chalk it as the employee’s fault and not the establishment as a whole. Nonetheless, this trip deserves only 1 star. I still ate my food, but I was not happy about it…

Gave me a burnt bagel so hard I almost cracked my teeth. I returned it, all their bagels looked the same way

I’ve been here three times, and at all three times they didn’t have anything left. No tuna salad, no chicken salad, no croissants, no bagels, no nothing… Worker at the drive thru is so slow too. It takes him forever to make things…

As Homer Simpson put it best, «Mmmmmm, donuts.» This Dunkin’ Donuts is a great place to stop by before work for some quick breakfast, also a good stop if you have a sweets craving as well. Here’s a tip, come here during 3−5PM(limited time?) and you can get 2 donuts for the price of one, so yeah«get in my belly!». My Recommendations: –Strawberry Frosted Donut Menu:

The world’s slowest and the world’s worst Dunkin’ Donuts. If the zero star rating was available that would be too much for them.

The two-star average is spot-on for this location. On one occasion, they were out of everything we wanted to order and the guy working the drive-thru seemed put off by the fact that we even requested the delicous looking bagel that was advertised on the menu. On another recent visit, we honestly sat in a three-car line at the drive-thru(as the third car) for 20 minutes. Yes, 20 minutes. For donuts and coffee. Then after we ordered and reached the window, they informed us that we couldn’t get our breakfast sandwiches on English muffins as ordered because they had«just taken the English muffins out of the freezer.»(1) Gross. I don’t want to hear about how your food is frozen.(2) Could this not have been conveyed in a more appealing manner before we reached the window? The takeaway: Weird experiences with service and lots of ordering issues. Not good.

I think one star only because it’s DD. This is one one of the most inconsistent DD I have ever seen. One day the donuts are cold with the correct amount of icing, the next they are almost over done with what looks like someone took a finger and barely got enough icing to cover a one centimeter ring on the top, with inconsistent coverage. They wonder why they lose business to down the street, it not the access that every employee wants to blame it on, it’s the actual product itself. The coffee is old and burnt tasting unless you get there when a fresh pot is brewing. And as a Nurse, the fact that one of the male employees fingernails is longer than mine, and he serves with no gloves on, is disgusting. The other thing I have often experienced, is when they do handle a lot of food, they don’t take their gloves off to handle the money. That is as equally disgusting as unwashed hands. Both the owner and manger should be ashamed, I know I would, if this was a reflection on me. My recommendation, «Don’t bother», unless your desperate for DD coffee. There is another one just down the road. I know I just took my last trip there. I gave them more than ample times so that I could make a fair assessment.

I don’t think it’s anything in particular about this Dunkin Donuts, but it was just okay. To be fair, I didn’t even try a donut, but I tried the egg white veggie flatbread. It was okay. I mean it didn’t have much flavor, and just tasted nuked from the microwave. I don’t think I’d come for this again, but maybe the donuts are worth a try. I tried the pumpkin muffin, too, but it was just okay as well. Hmmm… maybe I won’t be back.

This is one of the worst Dunkin Donuts that exists. It’s difficult to get to their location from the road so you would think they would try HARDER, BUTNO, they don’t. Bagels are often HARD(probably yesterday’s leftovers), often they don’t have standard donuts available, and I’m talking @ 8am they’re OUT(guess they forget to make the donuts!!) And don’t think about going inside, as you’ll often be blasted by Music(the staff likes it loud!). Very poorly run. I’ve given this place many chances… I give up.

Slow. Never staffed properly. Can’t seem to brew a coffee and their bagels are most times hard. The one on Peachtree Parkway and East Jones Bridge road is The Best best of the closest ones.

The worst D&D location around. Spent 15 min in the drive through(really?) to order… Get this) just 1 cup of coffee. That’s it. So when I get to the window, they had my order wrong! They really scraped the bottom of the barrel for this location’s employees.

Came by for breakfast this morning, and… regretted it. I would of rather had Zaxby’s right next door. I ordered a medium sweet tea, and a tuna salad sandwich on a plain bagel. I ended up getting a tuna salad sandwich on a croissant, and I usually don’t mind, but with tuna, it’s a bit different since the taste don’t necessarily mesh well since the croissant has a more buttery taste to it. The sweet tea was… not my favorite sweet tea. I felt sick halfway through my meal that I just had to toss it. Oh well.

I really enjoy this Dunkin Donuts. This one is the same as all other locations, and I find that every morning I stop here the drive thru workers are always so happy and so nice — it makes for a nice start to the day. The only negative I’ve found is that they don’t vary their Express Dozen as much as other locations.

This location sucks! No selection of donuts, really? I think it’s «Time to Make the Donuts»! We need that ad again.

I love Dunkin Donuts’ chocolate glazed donuts. I’ve been to most outlets on Peachtree Industrial Blvd, Duluth, Suwanee, Alpharetta and this brand newish(open since late summer 2008) location makes the biggest, plumpest donuts of them all, with chocolate frosting oozing on the sides. Case in point, if you get a dozen donuts, you won’t be able to close the box because the donuts don’t fit. Other places make them so puny but here, they make them humongous. This is also a location with the new hipper ambiance — warm colored walls, brown furniture.
