I go to DD by my work all the time. They are friendly, fast, and the food is prepared well. At this location I ordered 2 bagel sandwiches. The bread was stale and not toasted at all. The cheese not melted. There was no one else in the drive thru and it still took 10 minutes to get my order. I will not be returning to this location, which is a shame because I live very close by.

Wow, just went here for the first time after driving by 2 times daily since it opened about 8 months or so ago. I walked in and was not greeted by the cashier who was making a drink for someone which kind of threw me off because I am used to that when I go into other Dunkin Donuts. I waited 3 minutes and she took my order. I ordered a combo which she decided to ring up a la carte in which I spent almost $ 7.00 for a croissant with egg/cheese(no meat), 6 tater tots and a coffee. I paid it and did not argue. As I watched the food preparer put together the sandwich all she did was complain that she was tired and needed relief because she was stressed out. She started complaining on her head set. Another woman came to help and she said I wanted someone who«knows what she is doing». That woman looked at me and rolled her eyes! I then noticed she was putting American cheese on my sandwich. I asked if there were any other choices and if looks could kill… she offered cheddar which I said yes to which she removed the American cheese and threw it with force back into the prep stand… unbelievable! I took my food and left. The crazy thing was that there was only myself and one other customer there. I give this place 1 year before it goes out of business. Sad… I will never go back. I told some coworkers and they laughed with one coworker having a similar experience.

I went here for coffee at the drive thru and received burnt coffee. I called the store on my way home and let them know my coffee was burnt and that they needed to make fresh coffee. The manager(JP) told me that was impossible and asked for the color of my skin. I will no longer go to this DD. Terrible management who cannot take a helpful tip.

Stopped here for a cup of coffee, looked they were clean had an a grade. This is the first time and place in Atlanta i have ever walked into and wasn’t greeted with that southern hospitality. Maybe the workers were having a slow day and zoned out. I want to be careful about my review it’s so easy to give bad reviews from one little incident. I will stop and try this location again

I usually don’t go out of my way to review chain restaurants that because it’s very standard affair from one branch to another. But I am making an exception for my love of croissant donuts. This branch has been open since December of 2014, right across the street from Dairy Queen shop. I have driven past it few times but never really stopped until they introduced croissant donuts. This location, being tucked in less crowded part of Buford highway, hasn’t picked up crowd full steam yet for dine-in, so insides is still clean, nice and organized. It’s not big by any means but still neat. And they have plenty of parking spots on both sides. I am not going list out every item in their menu here. If you have been to one, it’s the same. But since the introduction of ‘Cronut’ by a NYC shop, it’s heralded as best thing happened since slice of bread. And finally people in other parts of country get to try similar thing via Dunkin donuts. But I was skeptical. So we tried to give it a try and drove by last night and guess what? They were sold out. Two other shops and we were turned away with same reply. Color me intrigued and challenge accepted. So this morning I came early to pick up one of those suckers(um, actually half a dozen of those). They have two versions — one with regular frost coated and one with chocolate frosted. So what’s the verdict? While I liked it much, I don’t think it’s anything special — just novelty thing people are rushing to try, like how everyone goes gaga over every new iPhone. Yeah, I said it. But, true believers might still find it great. I am just a skeptical mind that refuses to let placebo effect take over. Still, I think everyone should try it and decide for themselves. My partner loved it and he wondered if it would have tasted better had it been warm. Other than that, I like their hash browns! Can’t have enough of those. And coffee isn’t bad either. Service overall was nice. The ladies were not outright rude — that’s great in fast food world, if you know what I mean. Open Monday through Sunday 5 am to 10 pm. Check it out.
