John is a skilled an excellent nail tech he takes his time to achieve anything from fancy to plain. He is a great listener to what you want and a lot of times I allow him to be creative his work last me at least 4 weeks or longer without chipping or breaking. I love how he takes pride in his work. And he is very sanitary. Nice location also

Worst pedicure ever. :( If you’re looking to be pampered for a few minutes after work, this is not where you should go. It’s obvious someone spent money on this place when it opened, but not a dime since. The massage chairs make noises and have cracks in the fabric. The cushion is nonexistent. In general the place feels dirty and unkept. The actual pedicure I received today was disappointing. There was no massage, no conversation, no soaking my feet before attacking my cuticles… My toed are actually painted I suppose. The basic pedicure was only $ 20. You get what you pay for I suppose.

Skip this place. The nail tech was barely paying attention as she did my nails. She worked far too fast and as a result, the gel on my nails was thick and the finished product was just unattractive.

I was here about a year ago for a pedicure. It was extremely busy, which is fine, except we waited forever and while they were in the middle, they got up and went to help someone else who came in after us. The chair my fiancé was in was broken and did not massage. They rushed through with us AND charged me wrong. If I hadn’t of noticed them fail to even rinse out the chair next, much less sanitize it, in between uses I would have questioned the bill. I was just too mad & disgusted to even care! I will say that this place was the best around for years. It has really gone down hill though. Personally, I would head to Do Re Mi off of Abbotts Bridge/Medlock Bridge or Season Nail & Tan off of State Bridge/Old Milton. I’ve never had an issue with either of those places!
