Sesmas Tree Service

They sound so nice on the phone and offer to match any other offer. But, then the job is half done. We asked for them to come back and sure no problem. Then 30 days later, they ‘SAY’ they came back, and demand that the work was 100% complete. They refuse to finish what they start and then threaten to sue you.
Their customer service is horrible. We had to hire a second company to come out and do the work. I deducted 10% from the bill — which was generous I thought considering how little they did.
The work was rescheduled twice because they were too busy and you could barely tell they had even been to our house.
Be prepared to get a lawyer.

Do not do business with this company.
They did a simple job for my father and I (we both own the house) which took over a week to complete. Terribly slow and poor communication.
In the process, they let a tree trunk from our next door neighbor’s yard sit on our lawn for days and killed the grass.
To top it off, there was an honest misunderstanding about the price of the job. I had the correct price ($ 400), but my dad (who is elderly) was here when the limbs got taken down and wrote them a check for the wrong amount.
I didn’t know that this horrible business got shortchanged until Henry Roque called me yelling and threatening me two days later for the full amount. He, without giving us the benefit of the doubt, accused us of taking advantage of his Hispanic workers because they don’t speak English.
I told him that their service was so horrible that they should discount their fee, but of course we contacted their business office and paid the full amount. Because we are not classless jerks like Henry.
Tree services are a dime a dozen, and you can do better than Sesmas with any of the others. Rude and unprofessional.

Sesmas Tree Service, LLC services EXCEEDED my expectations. The quality of work was excellent and very efficient. The Team sent to my home to take down 16 Leyland Cyprus and 1 hardwood was very professional and knowledgeable. Also, the pricing compared to many other tree service companies was within my budget. I am very pleased with the service. All services/​information provided in the quote from Gray Kelly was completed. Prior to leaving Gray as me to walk the area and confirm they did all stated in the quote. Sesmas left my yard in wonderful order and any future needs that I have will be directed to Sesmas. This company was working on a neighbors yard. They parked in front of our house and began dumping their equipment in our flower beds for no apparent reason. We came out to see why on earth they were doing it and got no explanation. Just «sorry, we had to put it somewhere» and later «we didn’t realize it was a flower bed.» The icing on the cake was what appeared to be the supervisor jumping out of the truck and landing in the middle of the flower bed while we were standing there. Maybe they do good work for their customers but they certainly don’t care a hoot about their customer’s neighbors.
