Dr. Lail is awesome. After seeking a dentist in the metro area and being told I needed half my mouth filled while experiencing no symptoms or pain whatsoever, I asked a coworker for a recommendation. The visit to Dr. Lail’s office was as good as a dental appointment to be — I was given an explanation of any treatment plans or dental work recommended, and for once a doc understood that as an engineer we sort of speak the same language, and I was treated more as a peer than a clueless patient (a frustrating problem I’ve had in many other medical treatment facilities).
