Salyer Orthodontics

I’ve been taking my kids to Salyer Orthodontics for about four years now. A friend recommended to me about this place since her husband and her have been going to Dr. Salyer for four years too. I’ve gone to other orthodontics to get free evaluations but was never satisfied with what they were telling me. One orthodontics told me that he couldn’t give me a quote until I pay $ 200 to get it started. Another one wasn’t sure if my kids needed braces and told me to wait. I know my kids needed braces. I just wanted to know how much. For the consultation, Dr. Salyer and his staff were very friendly. He took a look at my son’s teeth and told me exactly what I already know that needs to be done about his teeth. What won me over is how much everything will cost from the insurance part to my part. They worked out a monthly payment with *no* interest.
Fast forward two years later, my son has his braces off and now it’s my daughter’s turn. Same great staff. Nothing is hidden. Since I switched insurance several times. They were informative and helpful to let me know that insurance paid ¾ of the portion for my daughter and I just had one payment left! So for almost a year, I had no payments! How awesome is that.
Besides being honest with no hidden cost or fees, Salyer Orthodontics is very modern and chic. When checking in, you use the touch screen computer. You can sit in either waiting area. One side has comfortable love seats and chairs with the latest magazines on the coffee table. The other side has a big orange couch with a big TV playing the Disney channel. Behind it is a cute high table and chair. On the left hand side are computers for you to surf the Internet if you’re bored. On the right hand side are complimentary water and coffee.
Anyone who needs a great, honest orthodontics, have to check Salyer out. I’ve recommended him to several friends already. I even saw an ex college friend there taking her son! He’s really great. I could’ve tried to find someone closer to home but I will travel 25 minutes for great service.

I started with my children when the office first opened. We had a great experience with the many years of braces. We had to come back five years later to refit a retainer and were welcomed back just as if we were here the day before. I highly recommend this practice.
