Best waffle house ever so clean and bright and friendly.
Special thanks to manage your Charles and waitress Shelli they treated me and muffin with so much respect and kindness plus gave us overwhelming southern hospitality I wish we could hug them I recommend for everyone to go to this location.
They will customize your order and help find something on their menu to fit your dietary restriction even if you’re vegan you can eat at this waffle house it’s safe .
I’m so happy to a found this location thank you thank you thank you.

Reviews are all over the board and I just don’t get it.
Went in on a Tuesday at 6:30pm and was greeted by a friendly crew who provided super service throughout the meal. Got an All Star Special for only $ 7.00: waffle, two eggs with grits or hash browns, toast, and breakfast meat (bacon, ham or sausage)! Food arrived promptly with hot eggs as ordered; everything tasted delicious.
I came in to try some of that famous southern hospitality (I am from the west), enjoyed a wonderful, iconic WAFFLE HOUSE experience and left well-​fed and happy for the visit.

I don’t expect great service from Waffle House especially at the hours of 2−4am on the weekend but Jesus Christ, everyone besides jeopardy should be fired. I’ve never seen the most rude employees at any of the waffle houses I’ve been to. Not only did they dismiss me and disrespected another customer in front of everyone, they took a ridiculously long time serving any non-​black customers that were seated. Definitely never coming back to this one at night and quite honestly if I was running this, they would all be gone. Disrespecting a customer is an absolute no especially when the guy was standing right there. His wife had a allergy to bacon and the workers complained about why and they could just take it off the sandwich. Common sense people, if you’re allergic you can have any scent of it at all

Breakfast is alwAys delish at any Waffle House! I like this one because the staff is friendly, fast, and professional. I catered breakfast for my company on Christmas Eve and Aaron was the bomb… Really good service! I gave them 4 stars only because my butter wasn’t melted on my toast and they forgot my grits for my catering job but he offered free breakfast to me and my boss :)

Waffle House was a must on my foodie adventure. I love the ambience of this place. The staff was unbelievably welcoming & friendly. The food was. Oh my. I couldn’t even describe how amazing the food was. Can we get a Waffle House in Cali please!!!

Won’t return. Although staff is friendly, I received a cold waffle with the bacon 3 minutes later. My son ordered hash browns covered in cheese. It came without the cheese. Upon returning it, the order came back with a slice of cheese on top. Let me add, it was not busy.

I came, I experienced… No need for a repeat.
I don’t understand why this place has four and five star reviews. When I went yesterday morning, there were more servers than patrons, but most of the tables were dirty. After asking someone to wipe a table down for us, there was a brief verbal altercation between the employee that cleaned the table and the one that should have cleaned it. The staff was loud, full of drama queens and LOTS of cursing! I was shocked!
The food was so-​so. I went home and got sick almost immediately afterward, so I won’t be going back.

This is fun sitting at the counter watching them in action! This place is packed but the manager has everything flowing in a good way! Love to watch a GREAT manager leasing his team! Aaron is the manager on duty, he’s on his A game! I feel like I’m watching an episode of“Hells kitchen” but without the insults!

The food was great but the best part was our waitress, Chandra. She was funny, attentive, & awesome with our kids! She made our first stop in Atlanta an absolute pleasure!

From all the reviews I was scared to come. But it was nice. No bugs crawling around like I have seen at other branches. They have a B grade. And even though she was the only waitress, Stephanie was great. Everything was cooked well. And I asked for a light waffle that was perfect. I would come back. It was about 230pm when we came. I am assuming the bad reviews were from night shift. Which NO waffle house is pleasant at night. Lol

Tried to call just now was busy for 45 minutes then finally someone picks up and puts the phone down and never said hello can I help you or anything … I could hear everything going on in the background, so these ratchet people just decided they didn’t want to take over the phone orders and took the phone off the hook. Don’t support an establishment that doesn’t know how to treat their local customers.

I’m more of an IHOP person, but whenever I crave a little beef (because I don’t buy it when I shop for my house), the Waffle House is where I go. However, this was my first time visiting get the location on Pleasant Hill, and I have nothing to complain about!
The food was seasoned to perfection (unusual for Waffle House). I think I will become a regular at this location. Although my wait was longer than I like (it was worth it), they were packed and I see why. Hope my second visit is as good as the first.

Food served up hot and within timely fashion, even during peak morning hours. Our server was friendly and attentive. No one’s order was messed up, and we all enjoyed our meals. No one got sick. We all left happy and satisfied.

Waitress left her brain in her dreams from the night prior. Speaking to her was like teaching a middle school students psychics. Though after all the errands I had to run I figure I couldn’t handle anymore traffic so I was stuck. Everything came out rather quickly. Though this Waffle House is small. I have been to bigger ones though the wait for the seat wasn’t ideal. Though I made it.

Well to be honest, the staff is kinda rachet. The uniform is not proper… Looks like they literally just woke up and felt lazy. It’s only 9:41pm… But it’s clean… But not the best Waffle House I’v been too. Oh and the cook was on the phone the whole time.

Omg they cooking every thing on same grill ham this is my first and last time food was not good at all.

Chemical cleaner in my orange juice, eggs that were over cooked, and hash browns bland with a tiny piece of cheese.
Service was fast and the waitress smiled, BUT when I pointed out my orange juice tasted like commercial cleaner, she told me it’s ALL THE ORANGE JUICE and would I like something different. I got a lemonade that again tasted like chemical cleaner. I didn’t drink much of either drinks and after 20 minutes my throat was on fire.
I love most waffle houses but avoid this one like the plague! Second time in a row I got bad food from this waffle house. OMG I forgot to mention the waffle was good! :) Huess it’s hard to screw up a waffle.

Waffle House = hash browns. What’s not to love? This place rules.
