Friendly staffs. Nice location with cozy balcony, not to mention the cool soda machine with 100s of flavors to choose from, those which you can see at the Five Guys and Zaxby’s. (I think it is exclusive only at this Wendy’s location)
I love Wendy’s, but there are 3 out of 10 locations which serve not-the-best-quality foods (e.g. chicken sandwich that is cold and hard to the point it is not very chewable). But Not Here! So fresh, hot, and juicy! And the fast service! This is gonna be my ultimate place to dine in for the good food at a reasonable price for a college student!

Usually we have good service here. Usually we can get the sodas we want here. Usually they are friendly at this location.
Not tonight. Tonight was snarky, snotty that got their restaurant in my rear view with a quickness.

I ordered an Artisan Egg sandwich with Sausage, but they gave a bacon sandwich instead. A week later I had the same order and again received the wrong order. Went inside and got what I ordered, but this time there was a hair in my food.
I went by the window to make them aware of the incident, but instead of talking to me they started getting orders from the other customers and were speaking with each other.
These places need to be shut down!

Close to my office, and even though the drive thru line gets backed up around the building, they’re pretty damn quick, and accurate…
I’ve never had a problem with my order, and once you get past the speaker and made your order, you’re usually out of there in record time. Never have I had to question what’s in the bag or what’s in my drink cup. And unlike their archy competitors, Wendy’s will hand you a straw WITH your drink so you can sip on it while waiting for your food.

This rating is based on take-out only. You won’t be able to get the salad you ordered with the accompanying dressings, etc. No pecans for the Apple Pecan salad, no cheese on the cheese burgers. It is clean inside, but there is no attention to detail. If you order a salad, you are apt to get a small containers with wilted greens and brown edges. This Wendy’s could use a closer eye from its manager.

Good wendy’s location, very busy drive thru at lunch time during the work week, but pretty fast! Try the new Apple Pecan Chicken salad, wonderful!!!
