Shane is absolutely wonderful! He resolved my issue with my phone, offered me great suggestions, answered all my questions, and gave me outstanding personalize service, which is extremely rare these days. I will return to this Verizon store but will always ask for Shane.

I walked inside this store knowing EXACTLY what I wanted. but when I walked inside, no one greeted me and no one offered to help me. I walked around trying to find what I needed, which was a screen protector for my iPhone 6, but couldn’t find it anywhere. I went up to a customer service representative and asked him that I’m looking for a screen protector and he told me to hang on and pointed me to the direction of regular protectors but none of them being for the iPhone 6. I just waited and waited to be helped but no one came up to me so after about 20 minutes of just wondering around the store, I just left. I won’t ever be returning to this store because they just wasted my time. If they didn’t have any screen protectors, they should’ve just told me rather than making me stand around. It wasn’t even on a holiday. just a typical weekday in the early afternoon.
If the store is busy or understaffed, hire more people. If there is a long wait, make an organized system so the customers know the approximate time that they will be helped. like maybe a check-​in system.

I had a less than satisfactory initial and follow up sales with this store on the purchase of a new iPhone 6.
After speaking with with customer service agent Cecelia, she is taking direct ownership of the issues I presented in an attempt to resolve them. I feel more confident that this organization cares about its customers.
