They’re always out of something! How are you going to make a sundae with no cherries? Matter of fact, how are you going to make a sundae when you don’t even have the ice cream people are asking for? On top of that (if they have any toppings) some of the ice cream they do have is freezer burned. Someone better get their logistics management in check and hire some adults too, please.

As much as I would like to give them 5 stars for having nice staff. Thats not going to cut it. They may get your order wrong maybe 1 out of 10 times. The biggest issue i have with this place is wait times. Both walkin and drive thru. Good luck if youre on a schedule, this can make you run 10 minutes late haha.

I get coffee from Dunkin Donuts every day, and unfortunately this Dumfries location is the closest one to my house. I say unfortunately because their coffee fails to meet Dunkin Donuts standards. Every day the coffee tastes different, as if each employee didn’t receive the same training. I ask for caramel swirl, and I don’t taste any caramel at all. Other locations will give you several pumps of the caramel sauce, and it really makes a difference! On several occasions I have ordered caramel, drove off only to realize that they gave me a different flavor… last week I gagged when my coffee tasted like chips ahoy cookies! It was a major disappointment. I feel bad now sitting at the drive thru window tasting my drink while there’s a line of cars behind me, but you pretty much have to try everything at this location before driving off because they consistently mess it all up.

Worst dunkin donuts I’ve ever been too. The service is slow, the prices are high, the staff is rude. I live a mile away and will drive to the other side of the county of I want dunkin donuts. Also the parking lot us designed horribly, it has a drive thru not enough room for cars to park, drive, and be at the drive thru all at once.

Decided to grab breakfast before an appointment. Mistake. I’m not sure what was with my cashier, maybe 7am was too early but she wasn’t completely there. I told her I wanted just the sandwhich & she kept repeating me or asking if I wanted a meal. THEN my husband ordered and specifically asked for the meal. When we paid & waited she handed us our things & we noticed… No hash browns. She then says she didn’t charge us & takes the card from my husband & swipes. So we ended up up paying EVEN MORE because it was ring in as separate instead of a lower price because it’s a meal. Then when eating hash browns… Bleh. 6! SIX round little hash browns for a 1 $? & they didn’t taste that well. Super disappointed & pissed. & apparently they offer a military discount that we didn’t get to take advantage of. Not going back to that location.

Too cheap to set sugar and creamer out for unsupervised customer use. Skip it and try McDonalds or 7 – 11.
This place gets fairly busy – I have no idea why. A Starbucks on the opposite corner would destroy this place.

Awful. We always say we aren’t coming back but end up doing so because they have a drive thru and I can’t always wake my little one up to go inside or my husband is in cammies and can’t get out to go inside. They’re consistently terrible, not even exaggerating… DONT waste your time or money at this DD. EVERY single time we go they never have munchkins, it can be 6 am — 10 am or what ever, they never have munchkins… The donuts they serve look like my 6 year old frosted them, and the coffee is horrible. They just seem to not GAF about the quality of their product. And they use the DD brand?. The people that take your order act like they don’t listen because when they repeat your order back, it’s never even remotely CLOSE to being accurate. Hands down worst DD I’ve ever visited. Do DD name a favor and fill out the surveys you get this place needs to be shut down or get new owners. I don’t get how one place cannot get better over time. Deserves ZERO stars

The employees don’t care at all and it shows. Either I have to return to get what they forgot to include in my bag and get an attitude when I do. Or one situation where I made my order and stood there for 30 mins just to find out it wasn’t made. When I said they needed to hurry up because I was going to be late for work I got an attitude from the person making my sandwiches. Only to get to work to find that the sandwiches were undercooked and I only got 5 hashbrowns instead of the 9 your suppose to get. I live right up the road from this Dunkin Donuts but I will be bringing my business to the dunkin donuts in Stafford for now on.

This place either a) always forgets to give me something I ordered and paid for or b) never has the most popular ice cream flavors in stock. My family likes mint chocolate chip and chocolate and coffee and they never have all three– ever! It doesn’t matter if it’s noon, 3pm, 7pm or close to closing time. Hope anyone who lives near this place doesn’t get a random craving for Jamoca ice cream because they won’t be able to help you.

We were traveling from North Carolina back to Maryland and needed a quick restroom and coffee stop off of the highway so this is where we stopped, but I wish we didn’t. This should have been an in and out in five or so minutes, but we were here for more than thirty minutes. It wasn’t even busy and there were a lot of employees working! We had only ordered two hot drinks and two donuts and it took way too long. We should not have been here for a half hour. Maybe the drive thru is the way to go, but inside service is definitely not the option. Next time. we will make sure to just bypass this store and stop somewhere else.
The restroom is clean, but only one toilet for each the men’s and women’s restrooms. Luckily, we were first to use the restroom, but when we came out, there was a line with four women waiting.

This is a small town Dunkin’ Donuts and it is everything you would expect. There are quite a few seats for a DD, which is nice but we were just grabbing donuts to go. The prices are reasonable and the quality is typical DD. They had heart shaped donuts that my family thought was great since it was Valentine’s Day weekend. If I head back through town, I will likely stop again.

All I wanted was ALOT of donut holes or whatever they’re called here. After being informed that they didn’t have enough to order (didn’t want to make them I’m assuming!) I asked for two dozen regular donuts. In the minute it took me to drive to the minute and pay, I verified that I only wanted regular donuts as they were for a school function. Guy at the window asked if I told the girl who took my order because they already had my boxes ready. It seemed like a lot of hassle over 24 glazed donuts. I didn’t want to give the kid a hard time and regardless they’d get eaten but this place needs a serious customer service adjustment. I figured once we dove into the boxes that I was being given the hodge podge of old donuts they had on the racks. Never again! Next time I’ll make sure to remember the school snacks instead paying $ 20 for a bunch of old baked goods.

if I could give this dunkin donuts a zero, I would. The 3 times I’ve been to this location, they’ve got my order wrong again and again. And when I asked to talk to a manager, I was told there were no managers at the store. Seriously? Worse service. Ever.

Jumped off the highway for a quick break. Coffee going out, coffee going in. The coffee going in was really good. The service left a lot to be desired. Slow and uncaring. The bathroom itself was not dirty but it sure wasn’t clean.

This is about the only Dunkin Donut place I have found that actually seems to have a complete stock of donuts and they are fresh in the morning. I’ve not tried their restrooms. I’ve had some troubles from time to time with service but all in all this place seems pretty good to me. Hard to give a donut place a much higher rating. And the Baskin-Robbins ice cream always seemed to me to be ice cream that was cheap enough to be affordable but cheap enough to be barely eatable. I’ve never tried the drive through, I always go inside.

Deserves no star. Very slow and inattentive service. My iced coffee was made wrong after 10 min. wait. It was well staffed that day, but they don’t organize and never acknowledge that you’re waiting. Problem is they have some young unmotivated and unfocused workers. Too bad because their iced mocha lattes are delish, when done right…

First time visitor. Where’s the manager or owner? Customer service stinks, workers are overworked & unhappy, tables are dirty, bathrooms are dirty, toilet paper holder is broken, trash cans are overflowing, why do you have a drive thru when you don’t have the manpower? Zero star is what this place deserves. Owner deserves zero star.

Horrible Slow service! I went inside on a sunday morning thinking it would be quicker than the long drive thru line. It wasn’t! It took 15 mins to get through the line. Then my order was wrong and had to get remade. There were at least 7 people on staff. 25 mins for a cold sandwich that still wasn’t made right. Bummer.

Met some work colleagues here for breakfast before a meeting this morning.
The folks working behind the counter seemed to be having a real problem understanding orders and then getting them right. It took 3 – 4 minutes to get the two guys in front of me taken care of in terms of understanding what they wanted.
I ordered the Turkey, Cheddar, and Bacon Flatbread Sandwich and a medium cup of coffee. I’ve been wondering about these sandwiches since I’ve seen the commercials for them. The girl at the counter must have misunderstood me — she gave me an iced coffee. I had to call it to her attention and get it changed out.
The sandwich was not bad, just not something that made me smack my chops or think to myself «tasty!»
The place is a little run down. The Men’s restroom is in need of both a cleaning and a renovation.
