Arby’s

Stopped in for the 2 for $ 5 fish and it was good as I find at other locations. Place was clean and friendly. Brought out our food with a smile.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is managed horribly. Six out of seven visits they have been «out of» food and drink selections. That means their poor customer service has led me to drive away six out of seven times. Someone obviously does not know how to order and stock supplies to meet the needs of their customers.
Doesn’t matter what time of day or what day of the week, the Dundee Arby’s consistently fails to meet expectations.
Yet, I do not experience this at any other regional Arby’s. Time to make changes in management.

Wanted to give a quick update about my first experience at the Dundee location. I saw that they had the King’s Hawaiian Fish sandwich. I was told this was a five minute wait. So I opted for the Rachel. That was a decent sandwich. It was about a dollar more than necessary, but decent. That’s the reason for the extra star. Already disappointed about the fish, I ordered a Dr. Pepper. «We are out of Dr. Pepper.» I should have cancelled the order then and there, but I didn’t. I settled for a Sierra Mist. As I was finishing my sandwich, again, a decent sandwich, I was ready for my drink. To my complete lack of surprise, no syrup. All carbonated water. As a new resident to Dundee, I’m vowing not to return to this location, which is a disappointment.

Love the market fresh sandwich. Restaraunt was clean and tidy.
