Dunedin Cove Motel

The motel is older than I am (46) and it looks it. The lady at the counter didn’t speak much English or had an accent that was so thick I could barely make out what she said. Her daughter or helper was very polite and came out to help me understand what was being said. The price was very reasonable so didn’t expect much. The room is total mismatch and needs work, the wooden headboard fell off the wall as soon as we sat on the bed. The walls are baby poop brown on one wall and beige on the other. They have a flat-​screen TV, a small fridge and microwave, kitchen /​counter storage and a small «dinning room» table that is about ready to break.
When we left this morning I did see cleaning ladies, but will tell you they don’t do a great job. My girlfriend walked around barefoot and her feet got very dirty.
If your just looking for a place to lay your head, not a bad deal, however if you want a few amenities or at the very least a clean floor this isn’t the place.
