I received the best customer service from the manager, however i do not recall her name. I went in to get last minute rose boutonnieres for my wedding during homecoming weekend. Although they were swamped and did not have any in stock, the manager went above and beyond to find them locally. They also have a great selection of flowers and great designers. I recommend this place.

Blooms of Dunwoody is an AWESOME alternative to more expensive Buckhead Floral shops. The quality & beauty of BoD’s flowers & arrangements are excellent. The only reason I left 1 star off is they are often short on stock or perhaps a lot of their business is pre-​ordered, but I have learned to call ahead to ask if they have stems or orchids I might need. The owner Suzanne is terrific and super accommodating. It’s a small boutique, but if you know ahead of time you need something special, don’t hesitate to stop in.

I ordered three dozen long stems roses for my wife’s birthday, and the roses were absolutely stunning! They were delivered at the prearranged time as promised, and most of all my wife LOVED them!

I love the flowers and arrangements! I’ve received two deliveries from Blooms of Dunwoody to date and the quality of the flowers is OUTSTANDING! Guys if you want to impress your lady then buy her flowers from Blooms!!!

I had one day to make a centerpiece arrangement and a gazebo garland. I entered Blooms in a frenzy and they were able to help me pick out Eucalyptus branches and some lovely fall flowers.
The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and the store had many gorgeous arrangements.

I came into Blooms on a chance drive by and am SO happy I did! Once I met Suzanne, I knew I didn’t need to look any further for the florist for my wedding. Suzanne and everyone who works at Blooms go above and beyond and make the most beautiful bouquets I have ever seen. They are all so sweet and seem to love what they do. They truly cared about how I wanted my flowers and if I was happy with them. I definitely was! Everything was perfection.
As time went on, I realized there was no way I could have the wedding of my dreams without Suzanne so I hired her for wedding planning. She helped me with everything. She was so on top of it, and really understood my vision, even though it was not the typical wedding. She had so many great ideas, and thought of SO many things I had not. My wedding would of been a mess without her! She got the venue we had the reception at to refund us some of our money, paint their chipped walls, and even had them install nicer lighting. All at no cost to me! She was worth every penny! I will never forget walking into the reception area the night of my wedding. It was beyond what I had imagined. She planned and set up the entire room, worked with the vendors, and made sure everything was on time and perfect the entire night. Not to mention my my bouquet, my bridesmaids’ bouquets and the boutonnieres were to die for! She also made large arrangements for my ceremony and reception. Not to mention the centerpieces! I honestly do not have one single bad thing to say about Blooms. It was the perfect experience. I wish my husband and I could have another wedding just to work with them again! At the end of the night of our wedding, my husband even went up and hugged Suzanne and thanked her profusely for keeping me sane through the planning experience and making our wedding so wonderful.
