Faces With Hope

Just thought I’d let the world know that these people NEVER called me back. I had to contact Groupon and ask for a refund (which FYI is actually a Groupon credit for another service/​product elsewhere).

Poor craftsmenship

Purchased with Groupon and it took 2 weeks to schedule an appt. FOR A MONTH LATER!!! Then on the day of the appointment she calls to tell me she needs to cancel. Not reschedule but CANCEL. According to her neighbors of the shop she was working at, she closed the business. Don’t waste your time or money with her!!!

I am so happy with the services provided by Hope. I first purchased her groupon deal back in November for the eyelash extensions and fill in. It did take a few back and forth phone tags to hook up which I attributed to the heavy volume from the Groupon deal.
Once booked, I was so pleased with how gentle and professional Hope was during the appointment.
Working around the eye area requires a very delicate touch and Hope is a consummate professional
And my eyes??? Amazing!!!
I have never received more compliments on how lovely my eyes looked.
And to my surprise and delight she continued to offer a discounted fill in rate
As long as she is practicing, she will have a loyal customer in me.

The best place for eyelash extensions, extremely professional, it’s clean and the lashes last for more than 4 weeks. Great prices too!

I don’t understand how you answer a business phone with «hulloh» then proceed to sound completely bored as the caller speaks to you. I also don’t understand how your hours state you’re open until 9pm but you don’t take late appointments. I have a groupon that I’m honestly considering letting expire just for the unprofessionalism i encountered.

First of all, the spa itself is very cozy and inviting. To find that Hope was just as warm and welcoming was extremely pleasing.
I went to Hope to have individual lash extensions, a service that I was initially very apprehensive about. I shared with Hope my fear of getting lash extensions that LOOK like extensions and she reassured me with her calm, confident nature that I was in good hands. She didn’t fail to follow through. My lash extensions were amazing!
Hope carefully applied the extensions (about 1 hour per eye) and explained the process as she worked. This helped reassure and comfort me throughout the service.
Overall, I found Hope and the cozy spa to be refreshing. Customer service was excellent and my eyelashes look so natural! When I first got them, I was so amazed that I couldn’t stop looking in the mirror.
I got my extensions on November 16 and I’m literally shocked that they’re still holding on three weeks later and counting. I’ll definitely be going back.
