The last thing you want to hear when getting a massage is the Therapist complaining how he is being overworked. Is he not promoting his business? If anyone doesn’t like their job, find another one. I believe he was texting during the massage and not to mention carelessly massaging. I left a generous tip for the little effort but will not return.

I do not recommend. He seems more interested in making money than being professional. I think that is why his ratings are low. He is not a good therapist either. I have experienced much better services elsewhere. I wish I would have looked at the reviews here before I made an appointment. Do not go there!

Make sure you’re in the right place! There’s another massage place called Healing Hands in the next building over that has signs all over. After I waited there for five minutes they looked at my certificate and promptly informed that I was supposed to be at the«copy-cat» place. Once I got to the right place it was one of the better massages I’ve had, definitely didn’t feel like the hour zoomed by like at other places(which is a good thing). He did some really good stretching techniques with my neck. Just a tip if you have a specific area you want him to focus on make sure you make it a point to tell him, otherwise you get a full body massage(which isn’t necessarily a bad thing, either).

I scheduled an appointment using my half off depot voucher and was given a confirmation. However, 3 hours prior to my scheduled appointment, I received an email from them stating that they could not redeem the voucher. They went ahead and cancelled my appointment and that was it. Completely unprofessional! He stated that the voucher was expired and he could not use it, when it clearly was not expired yet. The appointment was also made well in advance, so to cancel 3 hours before my scheduled time is not right. The lack of help definitely shows a low level of customer service.

I purchased a half off depot voucher and contacted the merchant to inquire about appointment availability. It was a last minute thing and realized that it may be some time before I was able to get an appointment. However Omar told me that he had two open appointments over the next two days. I took one and told him that I would email and or text him the voucher number which I did within 20 minutes of speaking to him. HERE“S WHEREITGOESWRONG: Omar preceded to call me back and tell me that after he hung up the phone with me he called four other clients and one person booked the appointment time that I told him I wanted. In no way shape or form is this PROFESSIONAL, when we discussed that I wanted that time, he made an excuse and said that people some times confuse his business with the one next door which is Healing Hands Massage and Wellness, quite frankly I don’t see how that’s possible when I know they have two different suite numbers, websites and telephone numbers so it’s pretty hard to confuse the two. His response: She had her voucher number with her and you didn’t! At no point in my conversation the first time did he express this concern with me or I would have put him on hold and attempted to pull up the voucher. I write reviews all the time both of positive and negative experiences because as a consumer I want to know about others experience. I don’t see how the other reviews of this business could even be the least bit of truth considering the experience that I had!
