Thank you UPS Store #3737 for assisting us this morning on much needed internet access. Husband’s ipod went out at McDonalds and we didn’t have a wifi backup or cellphone handy. Instead husband needed internet access in order to print a gate operator manual for a repair job down the road from there. Went to UPS store and was able to print out the correct manual and got the repair job done quickly. Thank you Amanda and gentlemen for saving us time and money.

Save yourself the headache and go to the UPS Store on Ashford Dunwoody instead. I shipped from here a few times, and every time there was miscommunication about packages, etc. I had them pack my desktop computer and ship it, and I received it in pieces. Dealing with the claims process was painful enough, but these employees are horrible with communication. When calling to simply ask if a claim check had been shipped, their manager, Dave, was extremely rude, and then hung up on me. He has one of those attitudes where he interprets everything as an accusation, and is not interested in letting you finish a sentence so you can explain what you’re asking for. No amount of patience can withstand his attitude. I’ll never ship with them again, especially since there are so many UPS stores right near by.
