Had a wonderful experience with Katie, got a lovely relaxing microderm facial. She was so sweet, friendly and very professional. The rest of the staff were very welcoming. Can’t wait to make my next appointment.

I came to Signature Spa for a couples massage on Valentines day. The staff was friendly, professional and very catering. The massage was also really amazing especially for the price a 30 minute couples massage only ran $ 90 which I thought was a great deal. After the massage the dressing rooms were equiped with steam showers and a sauna which I really enjoyed. Overall a great expeiernce and would definetly go back.

I absolutely love this little spa in Durango. I’ve experienced every service they offer from nails to facials to massage to Botox. The employees are always professional, knowledgeable, and offer therapeutic services that leave you relaxed and refreshed. The facility is beautiful with a peaceful ambiance and who doesn’t love the river view? Get there early to enjoy the dry sauna and steam shower. The prices are very reasonable. Although I have traded Durango for Denver, this little gem will be on my list of «must-​do» every time I visit. Happy Spa-​ing to you!

My boyfriend and I were in Durango for Valentine’s Day weekend, and he wanted to get me a facial. Signature Spa was able to get me in relatively quickly, and my aesthetician, Shelly, was great. She did an amazing job on my face– even my boyfriend noticed the «glow,”– which is rare for him! Shelly was also friendly and not super «new agey,» which is not my style at all. The price was exactly as advertised, and Shelly did give me some great suggestions on how to improve my skin tone and appearance. Also, you are welcome to use any of the spa’s facilities– like the sauna, showers, etc.– before or after your appointment. Finally, the waiting area is a room that overlooks the Animas River, and there are complimentary teas and snacks.
The only thing I would add is that they could have used a little more front desk help when it was time for me to check out. There was a line of about 5 of us waiting, but that could be due to the holiday weekend as well. I should also note that the spa has its own little parking lot, so parking is close and free. I would go here again!

I wasn’t impressed. I went in to use a gift card for a pedicure. They upgraded me to a more expensive pedicure, but neglected to, uh … ASK or iNFORM me, first? So at check out I owed more than I’d expected to (booked the pedicure that correlated with the amount on my gift card). Receptionist was unapologetic and just sat there waiting for me to pay the difference. The experience was nothing special all around. Nails looked fine but have had better experiences in town. Won’t go back.

UPDATE: They no longer do haircuts but I assume they still have other spa services available.
Getting an exceptional haircut is incredibly difficult in fashion challenged Durango. Some other places here can give great haircuts but later falter on maintaining that consistency down the road. Signature Salon is the only place that is consistent in delivering exceptional haircuts.
Found out about this place from asking a friend in cosmetology for an unbiased opinion of the absolute BEST place in Durango to get a haircut. The hair stylists are definitely top notch and Jerami has done an excellent job cutting my hair. My only gripe is the price point of $ 35 for mens haircuts doesn’t encourage me to come in as often as I’d like. Overall, this place is a good value for what you’re getting.

Went in for a back wax. Great gals at the reception are. Monie, the gal who does the waxing, was very friendly, very professional. 1^st time under the hot wax, and not nearly as painful as I had pictured in my head. Will be going back for one more treatment in a moth or so.
