Aces Auto Detailing

Holy cow does Don do great work! Purchased a living social deal for my wife’s car, which honestly was a mess & probably hadn’t been cleaned in an embarrassingly long time. My guess is we’re talking more in terms of years rather than months.
Don took the time to THOROUGHLY clean & detail the car. There was no rush to try to get to another appointment. He worked hard & long to get the job done & when he was done the car practically looked new. I seriously can’t recommend the work of Aces Auto Detail any higher. I will certainly be a repeat customer!

I purchased an auto detail from this company via living social in Charlotte, nc. Unfortunately for me the company is located in Durham, NC 143 miles away. The company charges $ 1 every mile over 50. You do the math on a 286 mile round trip. The old «FULL» DETAIL for $ 54. Yeah right. Also states will not travel over 100 miles but they are selling on charlotte living social. Tried to contact company numerous times with no return phone call. If owner would care to elaborate here why he is selling his services in Charlotte when he is in the Raleigh area I’d love to hear it. Unfortunately not soon enough before I bought the ls voucher. I’d like my $ back or my car detailed. Please owner for the public to see why are you selling in Charlotte and not answering your phone,?

I had my baby detailed by Don yesterday and couldn’t be happier. Let me clarify so no one will line up with small children in diapers for Don to clean … poor guy! My baby is my Lexus SUV and has not looked this nice in … well forever. He called back right away after I left him a message to book the detail, communicated well before arriving to the appointment (was running late but let me know that … no problem) and even endured a 20 minute southern style downpour to get the job done. He took his time and did a very thorough job even getting out a stain on the drivers seat that others had tried and fail to do. Don’s a magician … he even made some clay dog paw print stains disappear from the carpet in back. As for Robert R’s review, it’s not Don’s fault that you’re an idiot! When purchasing the Living Social deal it gives the opportunity to put in your zip code and check the service range. It would have taken less time to do that than to leave a bad review. If you look up Aces Auto Detail, it clearly says they are based in Durham so yeah … Charlotte is not close to him!
Bottom line: Aces Auto Detail/​Don did a great job and I highly recommend his detail service

I have a work Truck, a 96 Tahoe, over 250k, its nickname is «The Animal». Why is this information pertinent, with regards a Auto detail review.
I honestly and truly thought the accumulated dirt was helpful in holding «The Animal» together.
Don with Ace Auto detailing proved otherwise.
Clean, far from immaculate, however after two long sessions with The Animal, I’m convinced that was the best The Animal was going to get.
Respectful, very hard working, and knowledgeable… I add the last one in because as Don was removing years of dirt from one of my door panels. He gave me simple tips on keeping The Animal clean.
4stars, I don’t give out 5 stars, because no one is perfect.

Wonderful experience! Don was a few minutes late but he texted to let me know in advance that he would be about 20 minutes late. This was no problem at all and I very much appreciated the fact he took the time to let me know. He was courteous, professional and so thorough that I can’t even find a word strong enough. The interior looks brand new! The leather is clean and soft; every nook and crevice is crumb, dirt and dust free. I was skeptical about the previous reviewer saying he could have eaten off his car floor, but now I know he was telling the plain and simple truth. The outside looked spectacular. It could have just been driven off a showroom floor… well except for the few dings and scratches courtesy of a teenage driver! I will most assuredly be calling Don at Aces Auto Detail for expert cleaning of my other vehicles. Sure do wish he detailed houses too! :-)
