We had our carpets cleaned by them twice several years ago. Both times, they did a great job, especially for the price. We have installed wood floors downstairs and have our own carpet cleaner now for upstairs, but every now and then I think about still giving them a call when my husband drags his feet on doing it himself. We have never tried any other company to have a comparison, but I would recommend them from our experience.

I hired Zerorez to clean my carpets because of their price and they guarantee to get pet stains out. They charge an additional $ 100 for 2 pet stains and told me they’ll come back if the stains re-​surface. The stains resurfaced after about 6 weeks. When I called them they said it’s only a 30-​day guarantee (which wasn’t mentioned and isn’t in writing on my paperwork) and it would cost full price to come back. I understand guarantees have limits but 30 days is kind of a short period for something of that nature. I have more of a problem with the full price to come back for 2 spots.

I wish I had taken before and after pictures of our bathroom tile to post on here. PJ at ZeroRez did a fantastic job cleaning and sealing it. It looks brand new!

Over priced and lots of add-​ons that you don’t need.
Same old carpet cleaning as all the rest of them.
Compare and price match before you use this company or use the lower priced one you find and stay away from this one.

Matt did a great job on our carpets and was able to remove the spot where our daughter spilled red nail polish on the cream carpet. Great work and great customer service!

We had ZerorRez out to clean the carpets in our townhome. They did a good quality job at a price that was comparible to its competitors. I was satisfied with the work that was done and would consider using them again in the future. We did have one issue– they charged us for more stairs than we have in our home. However, I contacted the office and was issued a refund check for the difference.
