Bridges at Southpoint Apartments

I have lived at this community for over four years now and am getting ready to sign on for another fourteen months, I don’t know what the other reviews are all about especially when they start off saying I have been here three /​four years. I can tell you I love it here its quite peaceful and smoke free. The staff Rob and John keep the grounds free of trash the pool sparkling clean and work orders are completed within 24 hours. The manager Vail is awesome she always has a great attitude and enjoys her job. The other staff members are the same, always smiling wanting to help in anyway I love going to the office! (Not like when I was in school). If you’re looking for a nice quite place great floor plans wood burning fire places and washer and dryer in all the units keep this community in mind. Some of the perks are its close to south point ⁴⁰⁄₄₄₀ are minutes away. Safety was a big deal for me I can say without any hesitation I would sleep just fine at night if my mom lived here I wouldn’t worry at all. Come by and take a look for yourself if you see any residents around stop and talk with them drive by at night you will see the place for how it truly is. A gem sitting back in the trees peaceful and full of nature it’s a great place to call home. I must say hats off to Vail and her team it keeps getting better.

I lived here for four years. When I moved out, the complex wouldn’t start my 30 days notice until lease expiration — fine. But then, they decided that they needed to start redoing my place sooner because they re-​rented it early, and didn’t bother to tell me. I came home on my last day of occupancy at 3 pm to get the last of my stuff — delicate, breakable things, electronics — and there were two painters there who had thrown EVERYTHING — the trash I had in the corner to take out, my fragile items, art prints, posters, photos — in one huge heap on the floor. The office just said «oh, we have a new tenant on Saturday.» Nobody notified me, warned me, anything. This is a trespass. They could have had the apartment back on the 4^th but wouldn’t let me out, then used the time I had paid for to do their work. I will be going through what I salvaged today to see what exactly is ruined. This is a complete breach of the lease agreement — I paid rent through the 11^th, and they had no right to come in.
