My wife was scheduled for an appt today at 12 noon with Dr Monroe six weeks ago. Showed up ten minutes early only to be told they had no record of me having an appt today or any day. I’m holding their appt card in my hand it says Feb 23 at 12 noon. The two young ladies at the front desk offered no explanation, no apology. I just made a 27 mile trip expending gas and tolls to get there and I’m told I don’t have any appts. Apparently they forgot to log in my appt in their computer or they gave my appt away to a friend. They charge you if you dont show up for an appt, they should at least reimburse me for my time, gas and tolls. Thank your incompetent office staff.
