My three kids, my husband and I have been patients of Dr. Tzendzalian for over two years now. Dr T and the whole staff are wonderful. I originally took my oldest daughter for a consult for a tooth extraction. I was impressed on how easily he explained everything for a 10 year old to understand. After this first consult my daughter asked if he could be our new regular dentist. I was sold. It’s not easy finding a dentist that is so good with kids and adults. We get our 6 month checkups and cleanings here. My daughters tooth extraction went very well and both my husband and I have had fillings done. During the cleanings and exams Dr T will ask if you have any concerns or questions before starting. If needed he will recommend treatments but is never pushy and explains why he thinks they are necessary. He will also explain what your alternatives are including no treatment. He usually pulls up the X-rays to show the problem areas. For all proposed work, Kristan at the front desk prints up a full list of what is proposed with a full price list and she will pull up my insurance and find out what portion will be covered by insurance. It makes it easy to budget and plan for the fillings. I have had one root canal done here. I always heard how terrible and painful they were. Dr T was very good and made sure I was not having any pain. He asked throughout the case and injected more numbing medicine if I needed it. I am very pleased with the root canal. I had no pain and a very easy recovery. We get high quality care here and always the best customer service. I

Dr. T is very nice but my experience could not have been worse. I needed significant work done after being in the office several hours a handwritten list was provided and the price was brought in covered up by a piece of paper — I felt like I was at at a used car lot — with a price tag of $ 15k — when I got home after the shock I called to see what could be deferred and we put some things off and got it down to $ 11k. However when the work was done under sedation one tooth needed a root canal — which he attempted — when I had pain the next day I decided to get a few second opinions from specialists — who confirmed the canal was ruptured — I subsequently lost the tooth and had to get an implant — when I asked for a refund including the cost of the implant it was declined. I am now considering filing a complaint with the dental board. I would recommend you find another dentist if you need significant work.
