The people below clearly need to get over themselves and quit being so negative. Look at the bright side! No one can expect older buildings to be in tip top shape. If you do, then you maybe you need to get a reality check. The management is as friendly to you as you are to them– they’re humans too, give them a break! They’re a management company– not the people who built it or own it. For the age of the buildings, I think they’ve done a great job keeping them up and trying to upgrade as time allows. Personally, I think for the price, what’s included, the location and the amenities are pretty good. I did some shopping around 15 – 501 and no one else really had that nice of a staff or their prices were too expensive for me to afford, so I went with Century Trinity Estates and was satisfied. I ended up moving out after a year only because my job transferred me elsewhere, otherwise I would’ve stayed.

Looks great from the outside. Unfortunately, the properties clearly were constructed poorly and quickly inside. The materials are low quality. Things break and need repair often in the units. Our breaker has flipped 4 times this summer, causing our A/C to turn off when we aren’t home. Lots of maintenance issues… and short on maintenance staff, so turn around is SLOW. In the community, people don’t pick up after their animals, which is disgusting. The dog park is a perk, but is poorly kept. The dog waste containers are a nice touch, but are frequently full. The charge for trash service is ridiculous. It’s a man in his pickup truck that comes by to collect your trash. I could do that myself, but cannot opt out. The gym is a nice amenity, but needs a little sprucing up. The pool is nice, but same… needs a face lift. Lots of people from the larger community come to use it since there is no code to get into the gate. Management is not friendly once you move in… very friendly in the beginning to get your rent money! We are leaving after our lease is up, clearly.
